That's obviously the nature of the game, and has been for a long time, and people continuously whining about it, is unlikely to have any affect, as well as being incredibly boring and repetitive to all of us who have no issue with the game as it is. Phil clearly fantasises about having sex with Libby and/or Penny, but he lacks the nerve to actually do it, even though Libby and Penny would likely have gone for it, if he'd ever summoned up the will to do it.
