The game is about aniutopia, where the main character is some Knight, he was given a little girl that plays role as a shield to you, she gets raped by insects and other stuff, the game is turn based combat and its japanese, it also has some troubles where it can crash. Maybe someone'll recognize it.

Maybe one of this dev's works RG10889? I only vaguely remember such a unique premise where the MC uses a little girl as a literal body shield, practically equipping her. Not sure about the whole insect part though because I haven't played it.
