Just gonna give all the info I remember. I only remember that the mc lives with his sister who hates him. Treats him like a servant in his own home, and makes a contract with a demon girl who I think possessed a teddy bear? Says that they will make his wishes cometrue or something.
Sadly, that is not the game.I have since remembered more. The game takes place in a modern setting and is a world presumably without magic. The succubus cannot be seen by anyone but the MC I think. The sister at the begining of the game wants to kick out the MC. There is a scene in a mall with either the MC, or the MC's sisters boyfreind getting head from two girls.

Forgot to add that it is not a koikatsu game. I believe it is a visual novel with a few minor options. I cannot remember if you can change the relationships with the other characters, I don't know if this is relevant, but I think the succubus/demon girl had human skin. It is not an isekai, or a back in time situation. I think he just got lucky.
