Identify Need help identifying Western NTR visual novel game

I saw it on this website but I dont remember the name. It was a western game I'm pretty sure. Im not sure if it was a fantasy setting or not but it was definitely not modern the cover picture had a few girls but I remember one of them wearing european noble type of clothing.
I read one of the reviews and it said it was a really slow game to get to the NTR part if that helps.

I don't remember the engine but I think I'm pretty sure it wasn't Unity.
As for the girls, I think there was one that was blonde and another with silver/grey hair

You probably means the translated japanese game that has cartoonic art where the Game title's image has 3 busty woman standing facing us with whole yellow coloured background

Forgot the title though.

Nah there's no yellow bg iirc it was inside some sort of mansion
