need help whit Rendezvous with a Lonely Girl in a Dark Room translation

So i translated this game but for some reason the text only displays a few letters in the sentence like it can only diplay the leter a h r and a few more is ther anyway to fix this ?

i did as following

extract game exe file with 7zip

open gm editor and extract the data.win ( from here i translated the text and reworked the images ps leave gm editor open )

replace the translated file in the folder wher you extracted the files

next push reimport let it do its thing and in a few min it should be done

then start the game

and then you get the problem i am having wher it only shows a few letters

So can this game be uploaded here already? There's dozens of games uploaded in recent months without any eng translation but not this?
Also, the translation file would b nice. I have gm editor but redoing all the TL would be a pain

Again the game does have a official English translation, but when it was requested it was also rejected for rule 7. There shouldn't be games without at least some kind of English translation with actual game threads.

Anyways, i spent 3 hours on nyaa, and other sites trying to find an actual 'English' version but they were all japanese versions renamed as such.

Oh, i put that there if someone wanted to translate it. Then i could repackage the game but I can probably do a MTL, most of the stuff is already done in the demo.

Download the compressed file (.rar .zip etc) from the file host, extract it then play... Mostly. Some may need something like 7Zip or WinRAR, Japanese etc games may need extracting with their file names intact.
