You might want to double-check that you've actually played all the content currently available, since unless I'm misremembering, every single single-digit is accounted for in current content. Which one do you think is missing?
Thorn Witch is technically optional until post-game, so it's a little hard to know where you are based on that. Assuming you've just completed the first 'area' (animal-land, beat up the cop), you need to the second 'area' now. You find that by going back to the starting house and going one screen north, to what's a giant cross-roads. The second area is to the right (you'll run into obstacles, but that will set you on the right path). For reference, once you're done with that, the third area will be to the left from that crossroads screen.
I've just finished the game and yes, all the digits are there
for the last ones, they presented them very quickly and very short XD
I'd at least have liked them to add other monsters of their own type (like spider-girls, for example, or sea creatures like mermaids). I'd thought that a digit would at least be a sea creature or a dragon or something, since the monster-girl universe is very vast.
for a DLC, I'm leaning towards a return from the creators, but I doubt it since the game has a good ending, can't wait to see the next game.
I see that this is their second game, well done for a first monster girl game.

How do I beat ratatoskr? I have the pillow but there's only notes there. I'm missing something but the translation of the defeat scene is hard for me to understand.
Collect both halves of the clear medal from the new "optional" bosses. I think they were from the clown which is at the dream rest hotel and the boss in the peaceful meadow which requires the ocarina of fortune. Combine them at any shop through synthesis and give it to the spirit who collects the black medals in return for the pillow. I used the pillow to enter the dream room but theirs only notes there, I'm guessing I need to find Laplace and she'll be there after you beat her but I haven't found her.
Wish I could give a more direct answer, but it's been long enough since I played that I don't remember exactly. It did definitely involve Laplace, though, and I'm also fairly certain that you actually have to have lost to Ratotoskr once before you can beat her; so just to check, did you check the pillow after losing to Rato?
If that isn't it, and you've done all the other available events, I'm guessing the trigger was with one of the other numbered monsters, so my suggestion would be going around interacting with them. I don't remember whatever the method was being any sort of particularly hidden secret or anything.

I used the MTool program, very useful for MTL-ing japanese games made in standard engines like RPG Makers.
(Keep in mind, it will be MTL quality, but still, service-able enough).
Sweet also how do I get out of Pyrers house, and how do I actually use It for Android?

If you found the girl in the separate room (somewhere to the bottom of the area) that can give you the code, it should still be in your inventory, in Key items section "Secret Room Code", with a drawn answer for this.
