Maybe, the first one run just fine though. I downloaded the demo version in dlsite and it still gives me blue sillhouete

Vol 2 and 3 are grindy, earn the gem things and unlock the settings with them. And then there's twitter... Click the question mark at the top right of the screen...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Yabukaradoo\NejiSim3

Just extract the ZIP and double click the REG File

All I'll say is that the genre of Large Insertions is on big demand in Japan, hence why this game is out there XD
