. But I just downloaded the game in the opening post and it's the same, just with the replaced MonoBleedingEdge folder. It's Possibly where BaasB got the game from.

Probably tagged because of the over the top insertion, and the (comparatively tame) limb removal. NejicomiSimulator collection also has it, but SSS doesn't have the tag or content.

Uncensor.
Toss it in <game folder>\NejiSimOneSSS.1.0.1_Data folder, replace the existing one.
