I'd recomend not isntalling for all users, seem like if it was malware that's how it get you, as you need admin to do that, my antivirus said nothing yet so it's possible that it's safe, but it's always a run at your own risk here.
installing for all users just means it goes either into the program files folder or the 32bit variant and you have to ask for permission to do that (and you need to put files in that folder so that the app is installed for everyone) also if it was a malware it wouldn't ask you for the rights viruses can just straight up give themselves admin rights through a memory leak in the notepad app and it wouldn't install in an obvious location like program files it would install in a temp file or somewhere in the user directory it's more annoying to get there
