It's a QoL update, with scene replayer, an autosave slot and some gallery improvements.

11b is a QoL update. Biggest part of it is the scene replayer.

There are currently some caveats with the scene replayer but for the intended purpose of replaying lewd scenes it works okie:
1 - The replayer only works within the current chat, so being redirected to another chat means re-opening the scene replayer and re-selecting the correct day (i.e. getting a notif from another character).
2 - Variables (most importantly which OF posts/DMs are unlocked) are the ones in your current save file even when an older scene is being replayed (this means if you click an OF notif during a scene replay it'll just take you to the latest OF app with the latest posts/DMs).

Bonus points for the scene replayer having content tags on each scene, makes it easy to know exactly where any particular spice can be found.

Hmm. I seem to have difficulties navigating the chat. spacebar seems to just auto select a choice. And for some choices i can go back and rechose but i guess im on day 4? i can't do the same. the specific choice was for if its okay for vanilla to text me at work. im not sure if im the only person encountering this or not

That's a bug yis need to use left click to progress instead for now
