Also note that they constantly get unsolicited suggestions, apparently people are willing to backseat anything.
Yeah we got that impression with the way she insisted on implementing "Netorase" in this game as just NTR with extra steps
Too many games have been ruined when the dev listened to all the "advice" from random people on the internet.

This isn't true. There's a game I know that's incredibly successful and advanced because the developer has an open Discord server for everyone. He communicates with them constantly, they always give him ideas, and he actually incorporates them into the game, but he never ruins it because he knows what to include and when to include it. There are also other games that, because the developer listens to the fans' opinions, are always very advanced and good. I'm not belittling Neco NTR, on the contrary I love the game, but I just wanted the developer to be a little more receptive to fans' opinions.

Nts should have never been added. I started playing cause i saw the swinging tag which is a lie and will never happen kept playing cause i like the art. If suggestions were not asked people are free to not accept them from others, there's nothing wrong with keeping one's vision.
Some developers are okay with accepting suggestions, and that's fine too.

Pure love was never expected. That much was clear from the beginning. I dont see anyone expecting that.
I think the NTS in this one is elite. There’s so much generic AI NTS spam on this site lately, but this game is just cut from a completely different cloth, zero clunky, hamfisted writing at all. Just because it starts NTR-ish before transitioning doesn’t dilute it or stop it from being great NTS. The NTR route is fantastic too and both paths complement each other really well. Dev clearly has the mandate of heaven and I hope there will be plenty more updates to come.

You can give ideas but that doesn't mean you have guarantee the dev will care or implement. Seems like the only one with arrogance is you lmao. 99% of the time games are better when the dev sticks to their plan.

NTS that has elements of NTR are my favorite kind tbh as opposed to the generic NTS games where it's really just vanilla with shoe horned sharing imo. Also, like you said, this game is very polished and no bad writing. You can tell the dev didn't just fart out a prompt for AI and run with the first image generated
