I'm stuck after Vanilla gives her number on Onlyfan I don't know what to do, can someone help me?

Make sure you progress through the MC pov to unlock more content for vanilla, her content is paused/blocked until the main character progresses his own
So apparently, the app we are getting on Vanilla's side is a dairy app for her, i am so hyped about this honestly; we will actually get to see what Vanilla thinks about the situations she is in, since it is a phone app game, a lot of thoughts and things are missed because we don't see what vanilla says/thinks outside of interactions, this is a great addition to the game, kudos to the dev honestly for thinking about this.

This game has a lot of strengths that have been mentioned before
I had a question:
Is it multi-ending or single-ending?
Although I’m an NTR fan too, I don’t think there’s a need for a bad ending. We want to enjoy the journey—those final moments when the FMC comes and dumps the MC might not be healthy fun for some, including me
Anyway, I hope we get a happy ending
My personal suggestions for endings:
Happy ending: In a way that Vanilla returns to the MC based on a critical choice by the MC (There’s no need for lots of branches and choices—just one critical choice)
NTS ending: In the last update, the MC gets a chance to enter an NTS ending
Bad ending: In the form of light NTR
Bad ending: In the form of ruthless NTR
I wrote these suggestions because maybe some friends like them—personally, just that happy ending is enough for me

From what I understand, the dev is a netorase fan. Still, they also mentioned they are a netorare fan as well, so it is only natural we will get both routes, and it is basically confirmed. I think it would be cool to get good endings in both routes, the game is mainly text-based with great ai generated images to go along with it, but the strong part of this game is the relationship and corruption that is going on with Vanilla, and that is going on regardless of which route that is going on, so I believe the good ending would be the MC accepting this side of Vanilla, or her abandoning what is she doing, regardless of what happens, I fully believe the dev knows exactly what they are doing. They will please both netorase and netorare fans, I've been here for the netorase content (which isn't even here yet) , but from the quality of what we are getting, i blindly believe we are gonna get some great content.

That ending hurt my feelings bro. I think I might be too empathetic (or the one without "em" at the beggining X D) but I got way too much emotions from watching lil guy getting used like a emotional trash bin.
Hope there will be at least one semi-happy ending, cause with that much of lies on the line, this is gonna be tough one.

Im from the netorare content, my problem with most of thse phone games (save from the ai artwork) is that most are NTS and not NTR, this is playing a thine line between both world so im enjoy the experence while I can
New version of the game released; now the wait begins, super hyped about this one honestly, perhaps even more than regular updates, always wanted to dig deeper into Vanilla's thoughts.

To be fair, I don't like NTR, yet I'm not going around arguing about how bad it is. I'm only waiting for NTS.

I get your point, but the MC is getting setup to be a cuckold, he had dreams about vanilla sleeping with others, and how he wouldn't be able to satisfy her. Vanilla been also been showing him "innocent" picture of her with other men, along with more suggestive ones, trying to see a reaction, but all she gets is mildly annoyed reaction from him, hinting that he is enjoying this.
Netorase only games often start with the MC confessing to his wife/girlfriend that although he loves her, he would want to see her being shared with other men, but Netorase also counts if the girl started cheating, the MC confronts her about it and confesses her likes it,I think for this game the Netorare parts wouldn't be avoidable, but it can still lead to a satisfying netorase outcome where both sides are happy.
It is just my opinion but i think regardless of which route will happen, full netorare or netorase, Vanilla still loves the MC, but she can't get everything she wants from him.
She ain't forgiveable, cheating cannot be forgiven, no matter what excuses. Exactly as you say, no one reasonable would ever want to get into an NTS relationship with anyone. Just here for the porn, not this relationship stuff, I just find NTR too hurtful rather than NTS where at least they both consent, even if its still trash, so I won't bother getting into anything stupid from some NTR video game lol.
So after playing the latest diary update, it proves my previous theories; despite everything, Vanilla loves the MC and knows what she is doing is wrong. I think it is fair to assume whatever is written in the diary is her true thoughts because it is not meant for anyone else but her, she did cry about her cheating on her boyfriend with darren, really liked that part, even though she was lusting and cheating, she never forgot about her boyfriend, making her deeply regretful and hurt about what she has done.
So far the things she "dislikes" or wants to be changed about the MC, is first him not paying enough attention to her, her fans noticed her nails being painted, but her boyfriend barely said anything about it, making Vanilla sad, she also wishes the MC was bigger, she did mention despite using bigger dildos she still prefers the MC, although it doesn't feel as good, it feels more intimate for her.
Now, another theory for when the routes will branch, IMO, what will happen is vanilla will decide to either listen to Elise or Veronica (Veronica is my favorite side character in this game btw). Veronica being the girl that is doing netorase with her boyfriend, and Elise being the one telling her to keep experimenting and to hide it from her boyfriend.
I think in the next few updates, Vanilla will finally tell the MC she is doing onlyfyans, although i am not sure to what extent, will she let him know she is doing it without sharing which account she is using ? or will she finally reveal that she has been Katrina all this time, the one who the MC is lusting over, (i find it cute, the MC is lusting over someone besides his GF, and it is still actually his GF).
