Someone has been discussing the topic of whether there is a full-fledged NTS route in the game for a long time and I still did not understand if there is this route or is it just a slightly modified NTR route?

Initially I wanted to develop the NTR and NTS routes simultaneously and as to not massively increase development time the NTS route would be limited primarily to dialogue changes, but instead there will be 2 full routes I'll just be primarily focusing on the NTR one with the NTS one receiving less-frequent updates as a 'what if' route - i.e. what if during the October break you figure out Vanilla has an OF or she tells you etc and see what would happen to the story from that point

I'm glad you have a strong vision of the story you want to tell, and want to prioritize one over the other. Too many games like this end up splitting into 2 or 3 distinct routes and fall into development hell as it takes months for one route to receive its update. Looking super forward to seeing what happens next. Hope you have a nice holiday!

So I think you have an old bug that got fixed (but not existing saves) where rarely some dialogue could skipped and as a result some of Daiki's unlock flags too... and because some of his messages block the story you now can't progress... You can either fast forward thru the story to where you were or I can manually unlock the flags for you so you can progress if you send your save file (settings > export save file)

I just fast forwarded, this time finally without crashes, thanks.

But the game did crash on me about 3 times in total. I dont remember it doing that to me before. Not sure why.

Hmm potentially related to 0.0.9b upgrading to Godot 4.4 - maybe something I missed while testing... was this just while progressing the chat as usual or was there something specific being done during the crashes?

I think it was just progressing the chat. Maybe I was doing it a bit too quick. The screen would go black and then it would close on me.

If you open Event Viewer (assuming you're not on Android?) and go to Windows Logs > Application Logs maybe there'll be an error in there about what happened? But I'll test some more and see if I get any errors especially in fast-forward mode

Ah also there should be some log files in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\NekoNTR\logs

Hi just started the game and I'm at day 11 of Vanilla's POV, is it normal to get blurry photo with her trying out toys for the first time? I want to make sure before I continue in case this is a bug that could come back later on. I can't even see them in the gallery

What happened to the Day Selector at the top left? It got changed to Play and Fast Forward.

Temporarily disabled while I try figure out how it'll work now that the story can flip back and forth between visual novel and texting

My game crashed a few times as well when trying to load onlyfyans on 0.0.9

Is this on PC? If so, would be worth checking Event Viewer > Windows logs > Application logs to see if there's a Godot crash error in there recently

If I can't get to the bottom of it I'll probably just revert back to Godot 4.3 - these crashes sound like random engine bugs caused by the upgrade to Godot 4.4 rather than anything game-related

If you just happen to be so open about it I would love to learn how you tackled alpha channel for the newest VN feature. Segmentation? Some kind of native generation with alpha? 2 strong manly hands?

I see nothing about godot listed but its been a few years since i went to college for this stuff and my knowledge has been slipping from me since lol, relevant logs saved, but faulting module is the exe file itself (NekoNTR.0.0.9.exe) then ntdll.dll for the 2nd crash. i do have logs in the appdata folder timestamped to the crash reports but i dont see anything my inexperienced brain would associate with crashes.

Would be good to see the full event viewer error log and the appdata logs if they're not blank

I updated the engine version from 4.4 to 4.4.1 in these files:

You must be registered to see the links

so could try that to see if that version still crashes? These crashes are from the Godot engine itself and not my game code so not sure what's wrong if upgrading to 4.4.1 hasn't fixed it
