every character except the MC is technically underage. The catgirls just "mature" faster. I don't know if they ever say how old the little sister is and I don't remember how old the MC was.
But yeah..steam under their own rules should not allow this game at all or any of the nekopara games for that matter.
I was always against these kinds of games on steam to begin with. I wouldn't mind a separate steam platform where you can have adult games of any kind though. I just feel it should be separate. Anyone can access and buy these games be they 18 or not. I don't think that is good. but oh well you could say the same for this site and every other part of the internet so it's not really something that makes sense to police, none of us want ID to access internet after all even though it seems we are heading that way.

Haven't played Nekopara so before I try it I'd like to ask, how plentiful are the H-scenes compared to story text? Is it mostly story with the very occasional H-scene or is it a good mix between the two? Mainly asking for the previous games since I assume this is a sequel/side-story that I'm supposed to read afterwards.

It will actually be the other way around. I'll remove all the individual games from that thread into an own thread. And then link the thread instead of the the download links like I did for this one.

I update the Collection full download with this one though (Just not the torrent tho), but both things will take a bit, until I find some time.

What ever is consistent, and makes it easier to find all the games - without going through too many hoops helps alot!

Another popular wish listed game Blue Archive got delayed due to this

Best advice stop buying games from Steam and support game creators through other means

About that...
Extracted after.xp3 with krkr-xp3, then converted the resulting .txt.scn (e.g. after01_01.txt.scn) files to .txt.json with FreeMote. The same would have to be done for afteradult.xp3, assuming there's not a better way.
Resulting script files are several hundred-thousand lines and includes sprite, background, and emote data. It's... technically readable but I'm not sure how useful it would be, nor have I tried repacking it and testing whether or not the game would even load any modified files.
I'm attaching a "short" excerpt from the file, for reference. As far as I can tell, all of it corresponds to a single line of dialogue (near the end of the file) in the script.
Anything beyond this probably needs its own thread...

like i said inconsistent and that game is f2p so not sure where you got the buy it somewhere else
edit: i looked and i see no confirmation as to the exact reasons
