CTD = Crash To Desktop
As in, game window just suddenly closes, is no longer a process, and you see only your desktop.

Many games now will fail with some grace and try to give you a message of why it is failing, CTD is just the process completely terminating and crashing you back to the desktop without any useful debug info.

This is Nekotto Island v1.37. Every time there is a version upgrade, the crack has to be updated as well, so it's really tiring to upload. As always, Yuki-X has provided the crack.
Ok yeah I cannot play this game, it just get stuck on loading on start up before going unresponsive, probably just hardware problem then, I don't see anyone here saying about this
