My Avast blocked something after I unzipped the file, I think I'm safe then xD... I hope. I ran both Avast and Malwarebytes cleans earlier and they found nothing.

I... might have fucked up... extracted the game about 10 mins ago (01.37am of the 15th and downloaded it on the 13th).

Game launched and closed, immediately after AV page opens up and says it has quarantined 2 files.

Should I start changing passwords or is it fine since my AV quarantined it?

Damn. Im losser from this virus. Its logged out me from everything profile and accounts -_-
It logged me out of f95zone in chrome right after windows detected and deleted the game after I ran it.
Don't know if that was something that windows or chrome did for protection or if it was the malware's work.

I use a different user data folder for chrome for normal browsing which doesn't have any passwords saved so I might not be too fucked. You should be able to log back in like I was.

Most likely it was caught before it copied and transmitted any information. If you want to have peace of mind, better to change passwords for all accounts that you have saved logins in any browser as well as accounts saved in password manager browser extensions. Not sure if Lumma Stealer also retrieves data from standalone password manager apps but it's better to be on the safe side and change passwords for those accounts as well.

Crazy thing is that I was actually wondering if I should disconnect from the internet while trying shitty hentai games just in case. But then I was like eh whatever and opened this piece of shit game. How are random script kiddies even allowed to post game updates?

I feel really bad for the dev. They just released a big update and because some dickhead uploaded it with malware, not only is the games reputation worse for no good reason, everyone's also just talking about the malware and not about the update or the game.

In the morning I dove a bit deeper onto the matter and checked a couple of things:

In the firewall no Out-bound ping were made, only In-bound form the same couple of IPs that I could see for the last month.
In event viewer no strange process was created and same goes for task schedules, and I've not been logged off from sites that I had logged in.

I actually think I dodged that planet sized bullet but for my peace of mind I'll change passwords and reset cookies, can never be too sure.

Sorry for all the bros that weren't as lucky as me.

The game seemed really good when i checked on early versions on itch, shame the whole censorship thing got the game removed from there

You gotta keep in mind though that just because it says 0 detections, doesn't mean it's completely clean. New viruses/malware start with little to 0 detections initially. The only sure way that you'll get no nasty surprises is basically downloading from the dev/creator's official links or wait for some time before downloading links from OP.

It also creates a nemurimoto.exe and a weird .pif file in appdata/local/temp. So it was 3 files in my case. I've done full scans with malwarebytes and defender after that and didn't find anything else. But there is always a chance that it could've left some other files or altered existing ones. The anal tag was for the player I guess.
I'm wondering if anyone here has noticed strange log in attempts or changes in their social media, cuz so far it seems like we're more or less safe.
