I understand that the game is basically just trying to emulate similar Japanese games of a sleeping sister, even going as far as to name the game "Nemurimouto", but I have a very minor gripe with the name, or more specifically the subtitle (being "ねむりもうと").

"眠り(ねむり)", or "nemuri" just means "sleeping", and "妹(いもうと)", or "imouto" just means "younger sister". The title cleverly combines the two into "nemurimouto", and the subtitle is just the direct transcription of that into hiragana. However, imouto is spelled "いもうと", while the subtitle says "りもうと". Problem is that "りもうと" isn't a word. I'm not Japanese, so I might just be pointing out something that doesn't matter, but idk it's just an interesting thing I noticed and wanted to say.
Actually wordplay is very common in japanese where titles often prioritize sound, rhythm, and thematic resonance over strict grammatical correctness even if it seems to not make sense on its own.
Like 'nemuri mouto' which brings the ~い (~i) sound and combines it with (i)mouto.

Interesting! I've definitely seen the word play in "化物語", but I've only really seen it used with kanji, not hiragana. I know that in English-Japanese bilingualism it's easy to see "nemuri" and "imouto", but in hiragana I didn't know if it would be as easy to spot that "りもうと" was supposed to be the combination of "眠り" and "妹", but I guess it kinda is if I, an extreme beginner in Japanese, spotted the wordplay.

Looking back at my post, it's clear that I just noticed the wordplay and wanted to explain it, but I phrased it as a "gripe" so that it wouldn't just sound like an info dump about wordplay that no one would care about (and then actively tell me that they don't care about what I have to say) (happens way too much in real life, anxious of it on the internet as well). I should probably try to unlearn this behavior, since I shouldn't care if random strangers online don't care.

Windows: Pixeldrain

I think something's wrong with the Mayu Alertness cheat

she instantly noticed during the exhibition scene and ended it when I had 'disable alertness' toggled
