I downloaded it from "Ryuugames" and my malwarebytes detected this, nothing so serious, just false positives, but i run the quarantine just in case

Android is safer. If you don't give it access to the files (that wasn't an option) you cannot be infected "permanently". If it was an adware or something else, simply uninstalling it solves the problem.
Android apps runs in a sort of "sandbox", so an app cannot steal your passwords by simply installing it.

Yep, it had a virus on an old version of the upload, shouldn't have it now unless you downloaded it before and only now are unzipping it. Also, with all the scare going on, I found out a lot of games create files in the %APPDATA%\Local folder and some in the '%APPDATA%\Local\User Data' one, so unless it has too obvious names, it may be just the regular game stuff.
Check for any MySuperdata or anything of a similar name, though, that one IS the virus.

pachipoi since you are active here: do you care to try and fill out the form from steam to make the game available in Germany? The German law doesn't allow unrated games, so all games without that form are not available. We DO have 18+ games, though, so afterwards it should be fine.
