RPGM Completed Nepgear in the Maid's House [v3.02PE] [Wereship]

I compared files between JP and this MTLEng version and I don't see any change that should pop-up as a virus.
The only differences I found are in the image, data and javascript folders. Image and data can be discarded because they're RPGMaker, which I believe to be pretty isolated from to the internet and they cannot be harmful in any way I know. From the js folder, there's only one script modified, and it's just translations from JP to ENG, so I don't know why you guys are getting virus warnings.
I have downloaded both from mediafire and pixeldrain and no problem (other than Norton bullshit with Mediafire). This is W11 though, so maybe it's a W10 thing. I would ask you to download the JP version to see if you get the same warning, but don't remember from where to get it.

And if it's not much to ask, I would like the readme.txt of that version from the developer. Just to have the changelog and so to have it controlled.

Edit : Might need to reupload and check the files just in case. But from what i searched real quick, the trojan warning is because the Wacatac.B!ml has been put in windows defender database years ago because some were using the code with malicious intent. The thing itself is fine, seems like some sort of machine learning thing and as for the game, a false positive i'm pretty sure.

Could be the shortcut to the game? I did not count it on the comparison because how out of the game is, but considering it, maybe it's just that shortcut what is giving problems. To me, it looks just a shortcut to the exe of the game, but fair enough if it's that.

So, i've used your Pixeldrain link and it downloaded without any warning first try. Just to be 100% sure, someone else should download it and see if they get the warning too. Would be better if it's someone who didn't disable windows defender or allowed the dl from OP to go through anyway.

(Saying that because i downloaded from gofile before and made windows defender allow the dl and just one person isn't enough to confirm.)

i use windows defender and operaGX, it just straight up detected the whole download as a "virus"

If that kid in the thumbnail made you seem "legal" and "adult" , then there is no art of persuasion that would be effective on you at this point. What is the version of the game that you completed? I ask because the latest version is v1.02P as far I understand, while the one uploaded is said to be v3.02P. I want to check if it's really v3.02 or is just mistakenly named that, because there doesn't seem to exist a v3.02P, only v3.02.
From the readme.txt changelog (the reason I'm asking for it), it seems that the v3.10 added additional characters on the scene memory room, so that could be an easy way to compare both (instead of checking file by file as I'm doing).
If it's too much to ask for, you could upload your save folder and I would check it myself.

EDIT: I just realized that the main menu background image includes the version, so this is for sure an outdated version of the game. Thus, no need for a savefile. Thanks.

The false positive is Wacatac.B!ml... it's one of the most common false positives.
I don't fully know why it triggers, but I've seen it a lot in applications that aren't licensed properly.
Mtool, a tool here on the site got Wacatac.B!ml detection to trigger as well in earlier editions. Old versions of F95Checker did as well.

You can allow it in "Virus & Threat Protection" if it blocks you from downloading it.
