Just to point out the Dev (Wereships) has released another game. Its only another short & simple one. Like a dungeon-sim. You are like a boss in training and a special agent is hunting you down so you need to set up a gauntlet to delay her like using henchmen, erotic attacks, hypnosis etc. Depending on what defeated her you get the corrosponding ending.
Its nothing decent really. I think the dev works on multiple games at a time. Since he finalised Nepgear Maid he's been working on game involving a Yu-Gi-Oh character abducted by aliens....I think.

I played it, it's a cool concept and I like it a lot, but it's very short sadly.
I expect it to be updated, however, there are a few bugs and some left over content I found after digging around.
The author of the MTL patch of the nepgear maid game already made a patch for this one

On the first day, stall for time until 16:00. On the first floor lobby, there is an NPC with an exclamation mark above her head. I have attached an image of her. Talk to her, accept the job, and you will receive the Ignition Stick. Go outside, and light 6 specific fires, as shown in the images I have attached. Once you have lit the appropriate fires, starting from the bottom fires, head left. There will be a brick wall with a shadow missing, which I have attached an image of. Press Z/Enter on that specific wall, and you will enter the backdoor route.

Is there a guide? So I know what to do to get all the endings, because the room with the cutscenes doesn't give any great information...

So, what's the difference between this and the versions in the thread? Because this is 2.0 and the ones in the thread 3.X.

.This means the older patches have been updated (although, very little should have changed, I believe he did make a few corrections), please report if you find issues. In that case, old patches are still available in the folder named old.
As for the new version, it's the one labeled anniversary edition in the archive.
The differences, according to him are:
- New art and small scene when taking a shower.
- The milking ending has been improved slightly.
- A few more interactions have been added with some maids if you don't wear your uniform.
- And likely more that he missed.

The other large changes I found were a continuation of the mummification and petrification scenes in the gallery. There's also what I think is new art for one of the endings of the side story in the gallery.
