Safe is only for Swimsuit aka Stripe Money outfit. If she says she can't open it because her hands are stuck or something like that, it's the brainwashing doing that.
Atm there's no sequel but there could be later on.

Well The Safe is sometimes open not sure why? Can you unlock all the costume in the Safe?

Just check if you have the stripe money outfit on your inventory first before anything else

Anyone knows where to get the suspicious key to open the jail room? And is my game bugged out since I can't find the golden keycard, as well as the second bedroom key?
You mean the jail holding IF? You need the keycard from Maidsuki's room then unlock it via the computer room. If you mean the electronic door to the back of the jail, you need to get the golden keycard from the kitchen storage room. Note that that will only appear once you've examined the electronic door at least once.

You enter the room from Annex building below the washing machine, right? At noon while there is no guard in front of the door. If yes, then I can't find any semblance of golden keycard in that dark room with 3 Maids.

From what I remember, you need to get the outfits but it can be before the 7th day, as long as you go see IF with.
However, if you discover certain facts about these outfits, it changes the objective.
It's also possible you encountered some sort of bug though.

Yeah this game suffers from a lack of a budget more than anything. Whatever pennies the guy could scrape together for this game could only go so far. He couldn't afford to pay his artist to do more cgs and such. Maybe with the sales he gets from this game, he can put towards a more ambitious project.From What I Know: The Pregnancy Is Only In Text. A lot of Tags Are Only In Text No CG.
