Nice, thanks for that. From what i saw, the code might have to be looked into it again because when using the second mirror in recollection room, and being in nepgear's normal expressions, when you want to quit, it puts the picture of nepgear in the video instead, making you stuck. Would have to compare non translated and translated version to see what's the problem. And it's likely not the only problem.

Also, thought there wouldn't be a need to apply the dlc codes but we still have to huh ...
Just checked the untranslated version and it have this bug as well.

Here's the untranslated game if you or other people want to take a look .

It seems the Dlsite version doesn't need the codes, this might be due to the shared save system that record the ending you did as well. Put in the save folder and it'll load the dlc codes automatically.

Yes. In order to easily solve any bug from the translation, it would be best to have the original untranslated /data/ folder.

Here, by some reason that I'm still figuring out (proabably because I'm dumb), I have compared both main post translation (ver3.02) and yours (ver3.12). Note that, since they're long lines and many, there may be some differences that may have escaped me.

In general, some of the translation changes I consider them to be for the better. I don't see any particular big fault in the code, specially beause I don't have the original version. However, I've seen a particular line that it may give some problems.

Map017.json, id 5 seems to use single quotes as a formating method, but the new translation doesn't escape the IF's quote (as it does in the ver3.02 translation), thus, it may cut the text earlier than expected. This is all conjectures, so we should check it out during gameplay, and maybe there's more that I caught but just don't understand.

EDIT: Now that links are highlighted by F95 editor instead of Notepad, I see that there's a new password that asks for official Nepgear measures (154cm, 40kg, 78, 56, 80, C by the way). Is this new?
Yeah, when I applied the changes from the files I came across some weird translations or phrasing (at least to me) and tried to correct them.
There were also untranslated lines in the 3.02 files that i didn't know if they were used (the if's ones), and change them to check later.

Since i shared the untranslated files in my previous comment, I will share how i did applied the changes.

I used this tool to compare the 3.02 translated files with the 3.12 original files, and then applied the differences in code to the 3.02 files.

There's an option to "beautify" the json files which make the code readable, highlight the differences and allow easier changes.

I used another tool to minimize the json (straight line of code) but it doesn't seems necessary for rpgmz to read the files correctly.

Also yes Nepgear measures where already in the 3.02 files but not used as much, there also a link to a guide that i don't remember seeing in the 3.02 files.

On the First Floor at 16:00, next to the right pillar before the staircase that heads outside, there will be a maid that offers you a job to light the bonfires in The Garden. She will hand you the Ignition Stick, which can be used to light bonfires, including the one in the East Annex.
Oh wow, I never saw her giving a quest, thanks so much.

At least for the guide, it should be part of the fact you should be able to access it after doing an ending or the survey or something like that, don't remember exactly. Would it be okay for you to share the link of that guide if that's possible, please ?

Getting to the right side of the room in the top-right corner is something that comes fairly late into the game, it requires maid call bell item, which is found in Maidski's room (which itself requires a few steps to get to).
You can not get there from the kitchen side (but you can leave through there), you need to go from the east wing storage room, and do so during the day. During the night the maid stands right up against the door so call bell won't help. During the day she instead stands near the entrance, normally blocking the path, but using the call bell lets you get past while she is turned around.


The three additional maid outfits for prisoners can only be picked up after the idea to dress them up comes up in the game itself when talking with IF. So yes, there is spare maid outfit in the second maid quarters (and the two others are in the basement storage and in Maidski's room, laying in plain sight) but all can only be picked up afterwards.
I have found all other uniforms but the one in the "second maid quarters". Which room is that?

I found it, nevermind. Now I'm stuck on the new loop: I lost the last one because Nep had sex with the enemy, but now I can't give the three maid dresses over despite the tips saying so. It may be because I gave two in the first cycle.
I would appreciate ending saves, if anyone has them handy.

Can you tell me where you got it? I just the key for bathing and dont know what to do with it.
It's a job from a maid in the first floor around 4pm ingame time, the maid is near the entrance on the right pillar, she got the "!" symbol and asks you to light the torches outside and gives you the lighter.

The friend who maintain a MTL patch for the game charged me to pass the word: He noticed only recently about the update and updated the patch for version 3.12:
Be sure to grab the one labeled PE and not the other (this is the base version).

Since there seem to not be much new text to translate, in theory a manual diff could be done to find what changes have been done to the actual code, thus, porting the v2.03 to the latest version by ourselfs. Of course, it wouldn't be easy and would require people to play it and ensure no new bugs have been made, but unless the translator guy comes with an easier solution (translate the game again), I don't see any other solution.

I still haven't played due to this. I'm waiting for someone to upload the latests version here or elsewhere, but no luck.

Wasn't there another user that was cleaning up the MTL tho ?

Yeah, is this one.
Here's the 3.12 (3.13?) version from ci-en with the translation applied, it should be on par with the dlsite version.
I didn't thoroughly test it so there might be problems.

One from Luch54 which they manually edited, since some of the MTL was not the best, and now azaa2 with a MTL retranslation. The idea now would be to compare both versions, and only different translations should show up. If there're other differences, maybe they are added bugs or parts that were untranslated. However, as we identified earlier, there're some bugs even on the JP version, so this is begining to be work without much reason.

There was a way to tell a mod to update the main post, no? Because I don't see the main post author updating it if they didn't with the list of codes from page 4.

EDIT: On the readme from azaa2 translation patch, it says that the name input for Nepgear has been increased to 12, allowing to put "interesting" names, which I guess they are considered easter eggs (don't know what is talking about). Now I have the doubt if the translation patch is really for the 3.13 or is really for the 3.12. I checked the data/System.json/versionID and they are the same, so I would say they are for the same version (3.13 in readme, 3.12 in game).

I can confirm there's a difference already and that applying the translation from earlier version like Luch54 did fucked up some little things.

Just talking about the bug i had in recollection room, i checked Luch54's unstranslated game he shared at the top and the bug is only halfway there, you can exit the menu of second mirror but not by using x or 0, only the "go back" option works.

On the same topic, there's a fourth expression you can choose at second mirror (DLC unlock if you don't know) on untranslated game and in Luch54's merged version it isn't there.

Finally, most important part there. So i applied the mtl patch and i checked real quick for the recollection to see. How do I complete the game?
> must escape mansion within 6 days before the ojisan marries Nep (good? ending)
> grab the stuff from the East wing, then the west wing, fix the robot, sneak into the kitchen from the East wing for the card, etc.
I get stuck on how to free the friends. I can give them the maid outfits, but they become brainwashed.
Stuff that doesn't seem helpful
> secret basement exit that Nep refuses to enter unless she's in the garden
> defeating Nep's friends in goddess form still results in a loss

Also, where is the recollection room?

It turns out I needed to unequip the maid headdress every day.
Overall, the game was fun. It struck a balance between Nep wanting to escape and her succumbing to being a maid. I just wish the true ending wasn't so boring.

The last thing I want out of this game is the screenshot I saw on the front page where Nepgear is being milked. I've found the recollection room and inputted the unlock code, but I can't find which defeat scene it is.

If there is, my friend has a tool for it, he could easily merge the changes. He will take a look.
Also he double checked, his version says 3.13 in the readme. He'll likely rename the archive name in the mega soon.
EDIT: But the title screen says 3.12. I guess the dev messed up big on that one?
