You're god damn right!probably cause id imagine most players kill her
with no hesitation.probably cause id imagine most players kill her
Hard agree to all of your pointsAt this point we might as well just accept that Buu can't stay consistent with the power scaling. So now spellswords, even if descendant from the primordial bloodlines, are supposed to be on equal footing if not stronger than divine entities?
I can't believe the MC said she was actually stronger than him, i want some of whatever substance Buu is smoking
Instead of making this game like avn pokemon(catching all girls and putting baby batter in them)You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
And top of it admitting openly to her after he healed her backHow the hell is he supposed to fight Balthazaar if he can barely put up a fight with dianna. I just think the fight made the mc look way underpowered for the celestial being that he is when a human with some magic and determination is better in a fight and stronger apparently.
Hard agree to all of your points
This update felt game is heading towards downward direction
Being a nephilim, he is getting toyed around by a mortal, even accepting that she was superior and he is dependent on various abilities he got from his adventures feels
What if he never visited that island(forgot its name) from where he got his regen ability
Would he be dead by then
A demi god getting killed by a mortal would have been hilarious to see
This was discussed a good bit in the Discord, and Buu has made some pretty detailed responses. I'll copy a few here since they're good info, imo, and I haven't seen them here. And top of it admitting openly to her after he healed her back
...all i can say is you are clearly overestimating our current powerlevel, and severly underestimate Diana's powerlevel.
You say we are far in the plot but we are only in season 1 out of 3 seasons. I have stated before we have a whole lot of growth and power-ups to go through, we may be a powerful being and have a vast potential but currently we are far from the most powerful in existence, theres lots of powerful creatures that would squash us like an insect currently.
Yes we have been trained, guess what? So has Diana, we have been trained on and off for years on the road, Diana has had access to the best combat and martial artist experts the nobles can afford. she has more combat experience than us by quite a bit.
I will admit if we have not been holding back and just fighting for survival from the get go, using everything at our disposal, then we could likely have defeated her.
But then again the side effect of her water-infused shockwave attacks took us by surprise and disabled onyx and onyx is a big part of our current power gains.
Also you say we run out of energy fast? Eh I'm pretty sure we just ran for hours and hours even saying in-game we are depleted somewhat when we arrive, using superspeed is not something to be taken lightly and takes a severe toll on the person the only reason we can sustain it is due to our already vast energy reserves.
I personally think the fight with Diana is great the way it is and portrays both her strengths and our weaknesses, if you have made up in your mind that we are all-powerful and cannot be defeated, that is your own expectation and certainly not the case.
It also highlights the youth of our mc, being only 20 years old and powerful beyond his peers, means he is prone to arrogance and overconfidence which when faced with a rare and powerful opponent makes for an unfortunate outcome.
I'm not sure if that answers your questions or not but I think I've covered the scene pretty extensively by now
Anyways, thought those provided some decent insight into the dev's perspective on the fight....the fact is Diana and ourselves are actually fighting incredibly fast paced, this is of course incredibly hard to depict with still-images, but they are moving rapidly compared to the average human. and that is also a thing when fighting a strong opponent, you yourself will seem and feel weaker because now you're not the big bad in the fight. But as i said, we have a lot of room for growth and not just in terms of power-ups but also basic combat training, what we learned from Oren is far from the best available in the world, he was skilled sure and he taught us what "he" knew. But yeah, we do tend to rely on using abilities, i guess when you have such options they become your go to?
But it all comes down to Diana is simply more experienced and skilled in hand to hand combat than we are currently.
I feel like that needs more explanation in game (instead of on discord). IDC that much because I don't play this for the fighting, and definitely don't want a combat system but there's no real way to measure our "powers". It feels like we're almost godlike in power until we actually get in a scrap and then we're suddenly pretty weak. This was discussed a good bit in the Discord, and Buu has made some pretty detailed responses. Appreciate the insight. The points make sense but I echo the other post that I don't think the fight came across the way the dev interprets it.This was discussed a good bit in the Discord, and Buu has made some pretty detailed responses. When the final boss battle comes, we're not going to use our powers at all - we're just going to throw extra Lis at him (literally).Appreciate the insight. The points make sense but I echo the other post that I don't think the fight came across the way the dev interprets it.
Still, I might be being a little too picky. This is AVN land after all. On a side note...3 seasons? How many lewds is that gonna end up being? We pick up 1-2 characters per update at a minimum and even if some are just side content (Kelly and her mom) we're gonna hit triple digits by the end of this.
even Eliza?Hope I can kill LIs hopefully all of them
Not me. I just want to kill the pirate ones. I don't care about any of them except Eliza, I'd kinda like the others to go away, but I don't want to kill them.Hope I can kill LIs hopefully all of them
Yeah she is slowing down the revenge, dead weights slowing down progress.even Eliza?
I was kidding about throwing Lis at baddies (there's just so many of them). I don't want to kill them though. So far I've only killed people who attacked. Only romance path I'm on is Eliza's - and because I'm not interested, the game can be like trying to safely navigate a brothel with a stack of hundreds in your hand but still don't wanna kill the hookers.Hope I can kill LIs hopefully all of them
Eliza is part of the mission - the dude who saved MC and trained him made him promise to find and protect Eliza. We owe nothing to any of the others, but keeping Eliza safe is part of the reason MC came back in the first place. (Romance path is optional.) Besides, Eliza is ready to go - it's running around doing favors for everyone else that's slowing down MC.Yeah she is slowing down the revenge, dead weights slowing down progress.
I don't think there's any other thread quite like this one when it comes to talking about murdering LIs. It's a little much sometimes. I think there are various points where the MC has a valid reason to lash out in anger (Selena, Kira in the boat heading toward Looter's Bay) but murdering every LI? Including Eliza? Hell the MC doesn't even want to kill Taron at the moment.
