Annie story is NTS so far.
Mai story starts NTS but can optionally go NTR or stay NTS at the moment.

June's story is from POV of a girl who has a boyfriend but is facing temptations. Lily's story is from POV of a girl getting involved with an adventurous couple. Not sure what the tags are for those .

Doesn't seem like that's it. For me June's story disappeared in versions 0.6 and 0.7. The gallery was still there but she's no longer in the contacts. Resetting storylines doesn't help. I though maybe she was moved to patron-only content but I didn't see any mention of it.

It was removed because of very low popularity. it takes a lot of development time in rotation of the stories so we wanted to focus more on fixing and readding stories:
Victoria the milf story was removed
Emma is getting a reboot and coming next big patch
June is temporarily undergoing a new structure for pacing purposes (not a rewrite).
They will all be back with the new character Belle too. So there will be the same number as before by about the end of the year!

I agree with this. A skip button to speed up the messages would help. especially when there are so many endings and choices to make which force replaying.

Bummer. I was hoping there was another way. Renaming each Save Slot each time I overwrite is a bit cumbersome.

They are coming back:
June's story is getting an in engine update, changes to pacing and some reorganized content. Not a reboot or anything, I just need some time with the script to repair some of my personal qualms with it and also add the new engine logic to the scripts.
Emma's story is going to re-release soon with a story reset update. I believe I can (and will) improve her story a lot.
Belle is the character who hasn't come out yet but she's going to be hard-NTR content.

Sorry to disappoint but we're working on it and everything will be in a far better state than ever before. That is something I can probably guarantee. I've learned a lot since I started and I do believe we can always improve and do better. They will return!
