Does Lily's story ends after the question about relationships (sharing)? Lisa says to talk to Dan but the game is stuck and there's no warning about reaching the end of the story.

No there's a tiny bug that stops that route slightly early. It's been patched in the upcoming version. (very soon)

Yeah, I have just played and then uninstalled this, the two free stories are just nts, no ntr here, another one going to my ignored list...Is this game just full Netorase ? I tried the Anne story but droped it when all the options were "I enjoy you exploring yourself/I liike the jealous feeling"

Yeah Mai's story can optionally turn NTR based on player choices. Maybe other stories will too? I'm not the writer so don't actually know though.
Lily's story is harder to pin down as classic NTR/NTS since it's from the POV as the potential "other woman" in the relationship.
There was a patreon poll for a new girl/story and the vote went toward direct NTR. So that's in the pipeline too.

Hoi! I love this game and look forward to every update, but haven't played it since 0.5! Help me understand something: do updates 0.7 and 0.7.1 contain continuation of the story, or is it just new pictures, videos, some rewrites, and quality of life things? Was there an update 0.6? When is the next Male MC story big update?
The game is so good except one big bothering thing (that I dont want to play it).. There's no guideline that we can play every path and storyline.. I played a few times the same story but still I just finished 68/126 gallery unlocking thing. Bro do I have to play it hours for hours for the same things to unlock all the story? What's the point of that.. Why don't you share a guideline for the finishing all paths? Why do I have to play the same story again and again to unlock all gallery pics (and all paths) ? What's the point?

There was a 0.6 update. 0.7 and 0.7.1 add animations/videos, without continuing the story.

Sooo, is it worth playing this game for netorase only? Or is this just the usual ntr fest? It is unclear from the description whether the game has pure netorase. If I understand correctly the game has multiple routes - which are worth playing for nts?
