If you scroll back to the dialog point you want to return to, and do a long click on it, it should return you to that point
Haven't tested it myself yet, but that's what is implemented in the game

About the game itself: It's fun, tbh Emmas and Junes story feel both too typical "Innocent Girl/Neglected Girl on her way to slut-life" and Mai's Story feels way too much like the typical "Slut Girlfriend goes wild and you can either enjoy being a full beta-cuck or get cheated on" (Though I do appreciate the direction of going with her friend)
The really interesting Story is Annie, not enough "cute innocent girl does whatever her boyfriend wants", I mean, it can tilt to her being more "bad girl" too and thats fine but the good girl approach is great
And both Patreon Storylines have very interesting premises... which makes it a bit sad that of 3 interesting lines 2 are (intended to be) paywalled.

Which would be wrong, as I very much just had a scene where one girl cheated on "me"... and the June Story so far is also pretty cheat-y

I suspect some of the count might be pics that were in previous versions but replaced. There was a scene of Mai playing striptease that was replaced with the masturbation scene.

Hey, I'm having difficulties trying to find Emma's last 2 pics. Revisited all possible multichoices but none ever shows up. Any ideas?
From the way it looks, it seems you are missing the "blanket pic" and the "puppy" pic. Unfortunately I have done multiple runs trying different choices so I don't remember the choices that will unlock them. I tried to backread all the way but I can't see those pics in the conversation anymore, and it's probably because I am already on a different route or chosen a different option that will not show them.

For the Mai pics, the blanket and puppy are part of the random events. There are a few events in Mai's daily life that essentially "roll" between 3 events, 1 (or more) of which has an image. There's not that many of them and you can easily reroll them if you know where they occur by rewinding right before the time of their occurrence. You'll notice the event may change (if you don't reroll the same one again). If you know where they occur, they are easier to acquire than ones that need choices behind them. It was a fun little addition to keep players on their toes to see if they notice any changes between playthroughs but without knowing that exists, I understand it could be a frustrating search.
Oohhh, such complications, but definitely exciting, lol.... Also, how bout the last 2pics of Emma? I tried all possible choices and runabouts, but I can't seem to unlock them. Or are they not implemented yet?
It'a kinda hard to determine because it seems none of the choices leads to a different path. Like regardless of what to choose it will still go to the same conversation even if what they are replying is slighly different. Compared to obvious ones like the one for June is a change of routes whether you select study with Darren or study with Prof.
