I am being spoiled here.I know this setup isn't quite the same, but I think the result isn't too far off
Which is even more surprising, considering this setup wasn't made for fan art of this game

Also waiting for android... we always get forgotten :'(Any hero for android bros?
Various emulators are also available on Mac, which can run Windows exe files with varying degrees of success. However, not everyone likes or wants to bother with these, or perhaps they don't even like Windows, so if there is a native Mac version, they prefer to use that. I am one of those people, so I like to make ports. Incidentally, when it comes to games here, they try to upload every version available, which is commendable, but there are developers who only make games for Windows and/or Android. From this point of view, Linux is even not as widely accepted as Mac. So I think there is a demand for such ports, but the number of downloads does not reach that of the Windows version. But I enjoy doing this, and I also promote the platform.Apologies if this question sounds judgey or anything. I just haven't messed with macs in many years so don't know where they are lately.
Can modern Mac os not just run windows .exe's easily? Like I've heard of parallels being a thing. Is it a fuss or janky or anything? Like I run linux but just run window stuff in bottles or in wine.
Mainly I'm curious how much mac users are locked out of stuff without making a dedicated mac version?
Cool, thanks very much for the explanation. I wasn't sure how much trouble it was to just run a windows .exe. And of course a web search tells me it's anywhere between automatic and impossible.Various emulators are also available on Mac, which can run Windows exe files with varying degrees of success.
