From what I can tell, your regional prompt isn't turned on. There would usually be something like this in your image data if regional prompts are enabled but I don't see it in yours.Trying to get images for a scene with Laura's little sister coming to visit, but damn am I now understanding how hard it is to make images with two (let alone three) people in the room. I need to go back and study the posts on making regions and inpainting and all. Because generating like 100 images and picking through for the one right one isn't it. The one with the right number of hands, arms that aren't merged, oh shoot now the Laura and her sister each got one eye of each color... and then keeping clothes and such consistent across a scene. Boy is that a lot of moving parts.
For instance, near identical prompts:

I've got some practice to do, clearly.

Here is my post with screenshots of the settings I usually use in regional prompts. Hope it helps. Using them opens up a lot of new fun things you can do with images.RP Active: True, RP Divide mode: Matrix, RP Matrix submode: Columns, RP Mask submode: Mask, RP Prompt submode: Prompt, RP Calc Mode: Attention, RP Ratios: "1,1,1", RP Base Ratios: 0.2, RP Use Base: False, RP Use Common: True, RP Use Ncommon: False, RP Options: F, RP LoRA Neg Te Ratios: 0, RP LoRA Neg U Ratios: 0, RP threshold: 0.4, RP LoRA Stop Step: 0, RP LoRA Hires Stop Step: 0, RP Flip: False
