funny how you immediately change to a completely different situation than the one you first gave. if i was a teacher i would rate your answer to the initial problem: 0.5/10. please read the problem carefully to prevent going off topic.
no, it is not a different situation
your question was
if AT LEAST 10 persons have that problem, it is more
efficient for the dev to fix the problem
my answer is as a dev myself - NO, it is not, and I explained to you why it is not
you looking to the problem from a player perspective, who's upset with memory leak caused by low RAM and low specs of your comp
you don't want to spend a little cash for upgrade of your own PC
BUT you want to dev work on your (and 9 more people) problem for free
how it is more efficient for dev?
The IT guy in the game industry recommends spec upgrades when new iterations keeps linearly increasing ram usage each iteration. Sounds about everything wrong in the games industry today.
When you doing the game for XBox or Sony PS you know exactly the specs and goals you have to achieve.
When you doing the game for PC users, you have no idea what kind of crap they might using.
So your goal become to satisfied the most of player base and for rare individuals only what you can do is recommend to make an update of their crap.
Now, the dev have 3110 followers on Patreon alone and 1521 of them are paying members. Let's say 10 people here (most likely non-paying players) have a memory leak. This is about 0,3% of all players.
What exactly you want to dev to do or recommend you?
You want to put 99,7% of player base on hold and work on your problem?
What solution you will recommend?
