Why not have Laura bring a remote controlled camera on a tripod ? Surely it's easy to find a solution that can work within the story..

Loads of options that would keep the immersion. Might take some time to develop the story that way though.

As per Le Stag in the actual poll post on Patron. The issue we have with the realistic, POV selfies, taken by "someone involved" is that they limit the content we can actually get. Obviously this can't really go on as the game would become stale.

Some pictures are already "PoV style", they just don't make sense. I think most pictures Oliver sent is just like it would be as if he really had it taken by a phone, but his both hands were on Laura, instead of just one holding her and the other holding the supposed phone.
Nathan's pictures are easily explainable by his photography equipment, just not when he is surprised in the shower.

And even PoV, I think there are a lot of good different poses that can be taken at an arm's reach, so I don't think it would become stale.
But yeah, my main point is that when we finally have a third person taking photos, which we're probably close, the photos would appear the same as before, if previous photos are also from a third person perspective

I don't think so. I didn't see anyone complaining about Tara's development, and she watching them and giving you updates would be a natural progression in my opinion.

Yes, it's about if you want selfie kind of pov pictures, full blown pictures withan explanation of how they were taken or full blown pictures with no explanation

Like, we can actually see how the scene will unfold when the couple is at home together after putting down their phones. (We know they have a very active sex life together.) Or if they go out clubbing or went on a nature walk outside or do other activities (whether together or separately) we could see what might happen as things play out between them or with others together or alone. But since the UI is very phone-centric these events could be like recalling memories as the MC reads them from journal entries or something, like a diary. This way it doesn't break immersion too much, right? Just some thoughts that popped up following the current topic of discussion. ^^ What do y'all think?

The phone is the portal. Its doable to go outside there - text from neighbor, friend, landlord, employer. Local club bouncer checks in with CCTV pics of 'cheating'. Neighbour with suspicions and creepshots. Laura could ask for or provide ring doorbell footage or screencaps. But the game loses a lot if it abandons its framing

No, everytime I have a game like this seen doing that it was either lame or straight up bad for the flow of the game. But I mean, the MC and Laura talking about something they have done the evening before over the phone can bring those scenes the same.

Added the bit "on his phone" for clarity. :] Figuring out interesting, new ways to use the phone to be able to implement new, different kinds of scenes that the dev might want to use to stay creative is fun to read from y'all. Keep it up. Cheers!

While I do find the relationship between Laura and MC super sweet, I don't know if I'm at all interested in seeing them having sex and hanging out. This game isn't really about that after all, it's specifically about the sharing, and I feel like spending time to keep reinforcing the basic premise that they indeed love to spend time together is a bit unnecessary. Of course, opinions may vary.

While I wouldn't mind seeing more of them, I also think it's not that necessary.

I quickly scanned the thread and I didn't see an answer, but on my two playthroughs I have a "Dominant" and a "Very submissive" routes saved. Just based on the labeling, I assume there's a "Very Dominant" and "Submissive" route as well?

You can choose to go from Submissive to Very Submissive route based on choices in Ch21 I think.

This is correct. The very dominate route is in process, but it's planned implementation is in v0.13 (12/11) "from chapter 21 onwards". See
