Just personal experience from engaging with this fetish for over a decade and the content that I've seen. NTS / NTR is a pretty broad subject and I can count on one hand the amount of times I've seen NTS with a dominant MC.

It doesn't really take a genius to figure out why though.
So it's an opinion then, based on other games in the genre?

Sorry, don't want to come off as a douche, I mean everyone is entitled to their opinion. For example I'm more interested in the hotwifing/dom side of the story, (ideally leading up to active involvement in group stuff), but I'm happy for the people more interested in sub route too.

Well I do believe that I am the one saying it, were you expecting peer reviewed studies or statistics on peoples engagement with fictional (or otherwise) cuckolding? Like I said I've consumed a lot of NTS content, almost all of it is from a sub pov. I think that goes beyond just anecdote. Over 10 years and nothing but the same pattern repeated again and again is a sample size large enough to be drawing axioms, I believe. But I think we're treading circles now, don't wanna fill up the thread with rehashed talking points that go no where.

I will just point out though; that you're saying "I enjoy x" when the central point of contention revolved around "how prevalent is x".

Waited days for android link just to find out memory issues haven't been patched and it still crashes on startup. I don't know how many "it is what it is" I still have in me guys.

Do the Pop It images count for the overall image percentage?
For what I've seen, at least on Android, If you watch an image, it's added to Cross-Run pictures, even if you don't save the game. That way you can reload a save point between when a chapter ends and an interlude begins, and you may unlock different pictures on the same loop.

We're not talking so much about real life, more-so games, LN's, hentai and other fictional erotica. The content created for cuckolding / NTS is almost exclusively with a submissive or weak POV character or MC. And it's that way for a reason. No one is saying that it's out of the question for a cuckold to be dominant too - what I am saying is that content created with that dynamic is noticeably rare and niche.

And from that conclusion; I question what the demographic for this game is intended to be. To reiterate though I think it's fine if the developer wants to make this type of game, it aint my style but I always side with the creator on what their vision is meant to be. I was more responding to the quote on the original guy I was responding to which was; "I think it's interesting that you make the effort to minimize this so much, and talk about how it's a low minority of vocal people that begged for it" - when that was exactly the case. Most fans of NTS aren't clambering for a dominant MC, it's a vocal minority given that the rest of this fetish (specifically in the fictional world) is heavily, almost entirely submissive sided.
True, real life and fantasy aren't always the same :D In real life a dom guy sharing his gf/wife isn't that uncommon, but in VNs and the like it is almost always a more submissive guy (tho, stuff with a dom guy does still exist of course), this has been true for a long time. While we have not statistics for it, we can safely assume that the clear majority of players play "sub" here, it is simply that those players are content with what they get and therefore are less active in proposing stuff and critiquing :D

Which brings us to the demographic for this game and the vision... Le Stag clearly has a much easier time writing good dialogue for the sub-paths, but still wants reasonable options for those that aren't into it... maybe calling it "dom" is just kinda putting up too high expectations how "dom" the player can be, because in it's essence the game very much feels more on the subby-road :D That can be somewhat balanced out, but I kinda doubt it can ever feel like the playercharacter is a actual dom over a sub Laura.

I'm sorry. I'm doing my best. :(
I think you're doing quite well at finding and eliminating bugs as you've been developing the game. There are however a couple of game behaviours that might not be bugs, but I consider them immersion breaking and detrimental to an otherwise very immersive experience:

1) The "tendency" messages (i.e. red messages you receive on the sub-route) appear instantly after the previous message, in my game at least. It feels like they spend 0 seconds in typing it out, as opposed to all other normal messages. This breaks the illusion for me that there is a person thinking and typing out a message for you.

2) Very rarely a message sent from me (MC) to whomever, usually the girlfriend, without any prompt to send it. It's kind of creepy, as if someone hacked my phone! Some would argue if there is only going to be one alternative for MC to reply with, then it should be sent automatically, but I disagree and find it immersion breaking, especially since its so rare and seems to go against the game's established philosophy. Not to mention spooky!

There's one person who has those stats: Le Stag :)
And I'm curious: how many players have done the entierity of available content as dom, balance or sub? If it's something like 25/35/40, it's understandable how much work was needed to cater for dom players. If it's 1/30/69... well, maybe scrapping that content wouldn't be a bad idea (and I say that even though my main save is dom). Though what pleases Le Stag is more important: we would not want a bland project because the author can't do what he likes.

Le Stag might have stats for people who turn on data collection. How many people do that? Maybe it's always on for mobile but not for Windows.
Most of the arguments are around Oliver. He was introduced way over the top, scaled back, made optional, accidentally left in even if turned off, given a new backstory, and after all that, he's still divisive. But instead of giving a choice to just shut him up, the choice is to skip content or deal with him. You even get a fun guilt trip from girlfriend if you try to kick him out.
If Le Stag put him in just to stir up controversy and get people arguing, he's a genius. Half or more of the players love him but the players who hate him hate him hard.

Dammit. I'll have to turn stats tracking on then :)

i also found out the when you get the choice to get photo from either Tara or Ashley, tara choice completely locks the walkthrough
Just encountered something like that yesterday but was trying to remember where it was. It just gives no choice after that?
