I think there is some legitimate criticism that the game is losing it's original appeal. With these latest updates, I think some people are probably disappointed with how the story has progressed in the most recent chapters. There's also I think a problem of waning interest over time. Honestly, I think it would probably be good to start thinking about the next project at this point. Not to say this one should be abandoned any time soon, but to start figuring out a plan for the next project. I'd be interested to see what the dev can come up with next after everything he's learned from making this one.

This is an issue of NTS games compared to NTR ones. NTS games lose their thrilling effect much sooner because once your girl is regularly banging other men, what else? You either ramp up the NTS play with more hardcore stuff, which I've suggested here but got shot down, change the bull to keep things fresh or end the game. Some recent NTS games have chosen instead to move in a direction of focusing on other girls besides MC's which to me is a great mistake that betrays the essence of NTS, I don't care that other girls are being slutty, I care that MY girl is being slutty. If you don't escalate or change the bull at least, there is not much else to do but to keep looping over and over which is a trap I've seen many NTS games that focus on being "wholesome" or "lighthearted" fall into. And please folks don't give me the "realism" talk. This is a porn game, it is meant to help you live out a fantasy, everyone expects and accepts reasonable breaks from reality. In fact at the beginning of this game, Laura accepted MC's cuck fetish with a speed that is anything but realistic, so no point in trying to use "realism" to keep things from escalating now.

Effectively aswell any game in regards to NTS or NTR are most effectively told better from the womans POV anyway. You can argue this game is a little better because it's a text message game and therefore the woman's pov is being put across... But yeah, NTS games lose that thrill pretty sharpish. The fucking of the same bull each week becomes tiresome, ti's why it's natural for these games to then venture into NTR, it's only a small step there and there is better story to tell

You have strange definitions of "short" and "long". The Chapters you call "short" are actually 4 to 8 times larger than the "long" chapters I released 3 by 3. Literally every update I released, apart from the one in which I only improved earlier content, was larger than the previous ones, both in words count and pictures count.
Chapter 29, released in 0.14, is, alone, larger than any act from 1 to 7. You know, the acts with "longer" chapters...
You can think whatever you want about my decisions, but don't start lying, please.
I think that's because of content freshness. I don't know about others but I've skipped all new content with Nathan and Oliver since I've already seen it a lot of time in previous chapters, so only chat with Ashley and Tara (with about 8 renders) took its place in my memory.
In my opinion it's time for Nathan's death car accident along with all other 'apartments one-to-one' sex scenes.
When your "long" chapters include very little "new" content and progression, it doesnt feel long. It feels like fluff. I agree with the post above, the only new things in ch 29 was the Tara stuff, and it wasnt much.
I've said this before, but I think it bears repeating: The good thing about NTR/S/cuck/hotwife games is that they stir strong emotions. The bad thing about NTR/S/cuck/hotwife games is that they stir strong emotions.
I hope you remember the self-selecting nature of the people shrieking negativity about your game. Those who are happy with the game mostly just look for the update or make a "hey, good job" post and move on. It's the entitled twats who aren't getting exactly what they want who spend hour after hour bitching.
It's a great game. The large, large majority of people who've tried it love it. Most of us are perfectly happy to enjoy your story the way you want to tell it.
Sucks that it gets leaked. You're completely right to be pissed about the leak. Fuck the little assholes actively harming you for the tiniest little ounce of internet cred. They can whine all they want about it being a pirate site, but even most pirates knew that killing the people they were robbing was a bad idea.
tl;dr fuck the whiny bitches. It's a great game. You're a great dev. Keep on keepin' on.

games gone downhill so hard that the people who show up to bitch about the dom path didn't even pull up for this update what a fall off. but thats usually what happens when we have a patch to "fix" a route before the games even done and a fluff update. zero story progress in the last two updates and it's looking like it will keep at this pace for awhile

The man is putting out frequent updates of high quality content. In addition to that, he clearly cares what his user base thinks, and takes our suggestions to make the game better and more engaging. I think that deserves our support.
While it's true most developers don't make this much money, most developers are lazy and only come up with something good when they're motivated (usually only at the very beginning of a project). I think it's work a couple dollars every month to encourage the good developers to keep making superb content (instead of getting a real job, which you know they totally could).

Ashley of course is concerned MC will be on edge from all the speculation of what Laura and Nathan up to. However she already has plans with Tara to go to the bar and find her self a man for the night and she wants Tara to loosen up a bit, so she encourages Tara to find someone to have fun with so she can send pictures to MC. Tara agrees because she would want to receive pictures if she was in MC situation.

There is one more benefit to non-existent updates; people can't bitch about how shit the last update was. Ultimately that hurts way more than someone telling you how lazy you are. All of this talk about skipping content and then complaining how short it was is just crazy talk with one easy solution: slowing the speed of messages as that will make skipping take longer again. You want something different is the complaint and that I can understand. I think it is better to word it that way and say what you want to see. Not everyone may want to see that but at least it is something applicable with possible good ideas. Personally I am happy with how the game is going. Usually I would stay silent as most happy people are but at moments like these I feel like it has to be said again. This game is good and I like its writing enough to play every update. Ashley's madhouse was amazing and it was a good break from the Nathan blowjob monotony some feel. If I was to act on my own advice I would say that I would like to see reporting to Tara as MC is either present as Laura does her thing or is outright part of a threesome.
I hope you do understand that only a very minority are complaining and that the BIG majority really appreciate what you do and support you!!!

The majority of a little argument we had recently was deleted, but there are at least a few of us on here who appreciate what you do.
At the end of the day though, you can't please everyone. There will always be those who complain and they're often louder than the people who compliment.
Stick to your vision, you can't go wrong. Your vision up to now has got you where you are and will continue to get you places. There's been a few games that go wacky if they bow to much to fan service...
