Is this still a netorase game or is it teetering to netorare. From the thread it seems it is swaying away from NTS to NTR territory. Or is it just peoples interpretation of situations.

That's peoples' interpretations. The game is NTS and will stay NTS. Even when your partner "breaks rules", it's because you discussed it beforehands, and allowed her to do it at her discretion (and it's optional, of course).

I wasn't going to comment on this, but I fully agree with you. If a fan of NTS reads some of these messages on here they might think that it's turning into NTR but please for anyone reading no it's not it's pure NTS and a great one at that.

From my own point of view, it was NTS only at the start and it has now become heavy ntr
When playing on Android, which files do we transfer from the old save to the new one? There seems to be no file named save..
i kinda like the update, but i love more if ashley is cucksitting not actualy fuck the mc, regardless of that im looking forward to the next update.

Also if I'm not mistaken, there was a option at the start to tell Laura whether you wanted to get with other people or not, so I'm guessing it'll all come down to your choice

The videos you've made, are they created using Wan AI video?
I would love to know how you made these, to see if I can try my hand at the same (If my graphics card can handle it, of course)

Hey Le Stag, i hope you know that you have to add those "videos" to the prior Acts 
they´re just to awesome to add them to the current story progress. And maybe some sound and ai voice aswell...?

in my opinion, as long as mc and laura don't break up (edit: because of the sharing), i'll still consider that as NTS no matter how hard the scenes may become

It's still NTS.
People are dumb and can't read, at some point Laura asks if she can take initiative and you have 3 options, yes, yes but only for small things, and no. If you pick yes she'll do stuff without asking you. But it's because you already signed off on that. Don't pick yes if you're gonna complain later it's going NTR.

yeah I've seen that, it was more to mock the wall of text than to have an actual tl:dr version, anytime someone write a rant like that I just assume it doesn't contain anything worth reading.
