there is a big line of people with different ideas and wishes about this game, which most probably will never happened...
lately developer started to listen to some people and even made few poles on patreon, but mostly it's a linear kinetic story based on dev's real life experience, so he doing what he is doing, and all poles, ideas and wishes has been taken in consideration only if their allied with his story, and who knows, maybe your wish is a lucky one

It's on his Patreon and discord. The last chapter of MC listening is apparently almost a 1 on 1 real life experience.

Are we ever going to see a scene with the MC, laura and another man or woman, I thought that it would be in the last update but for some reason the MC needed an early night even though he listened to laura and Nathan having sex, then laura has sex with the MC, him going to bed early and alone made absolutely no sense in the story it may have been better to give the player the option to either join them or not. I think the game is great I hope we see some scenes with the MC and Sarah or laura and Sarah and I hope he gets to sex with Tara soon.
