There are only two pictures associated with this chapter. One with Ashley (SFW). The other with Laura, it looks like this is a photo before sex with Nathan.
I don't know why it was cut, but here is all that is left of it.

I don't see how that wouldn't still be NTS. Whether permission was given for specific people isn't really the deciding factor between the two. Far as I've ever seen, the difference between the two is basically a matter of whether or not the LI has the mc's consent to sleep with other people in general. That being said, people often will throw out an odd definition, especially on this site, which seems to stem from a lack of in depth knowledge about the terms.

I think people have take my blurring the lines between NTS and NTR comment a bit wrong I am by no means trying to get into a "this will be shit if NTR is introduced" or "we are definitely getting NTR here" It is clearly an NTS game it is in the name after all.
