Read the last few pages of the thread. There is some discussion of what's included. Only you know what you mean by "major differences" . . . you can get specifics that are already posted.
I think the "kink list" scenes could be improved by adding an option to ask Laura what she thinks of each fetish.
For the balanced route, which often has a focus on maximizing Laura's pleasure, the appeal is obvious. Same for the sub route - it gives you one more thing to forfeit control over. On the dom route, I could players getting a kick out of deliberately spiting her wishes.
And yes, for a few of the fetishes, her feelings are pretty obvious, but that's only a few of them, and there's an extra level of eroticism in the player seeking this information instead of having it casually revealed to them. I sincerely believe this would improve those scenes for most players; it adds something you can't get out of the scenes as they are now.

New chapters, obviosly. Nevermind, already downloaded and playing rn. And find funny bug - when you start ch. 45 and turned "Nathan allowed to creampie Laura" ON, then in dialogue Laura asking you about creampie fetish, she tells you something like "When i asked, you didn't allow Nethan to creampie me on Ashleys place". Meh, in my last save he actually creampied her right before this chapter)
they really don't like critique in this thread...someone is kind of weak willed. keep reporting my comments to get any critiques removed.
there are a lot of these bugs in the game.....not a lot of quality control in this game especially the last few updates. but don't be too loud about it they remove any posts that say anything that sniffs too much of criticism
