Mega's free limit should be higher than the file download, tho. Tho FWIW as far as complaints go, having only one file host which does have download limits on the release for Patrons is something that Le Stag should probably fix.

Mega's limit is 5GB... Stag's files are like 1.5GB at max? So there's no issues beyond normal Mega stability issues. Which Stag doesn't control.

yeah like I have my own hangup with MEGA (like the darn thing keep bugging out on me) and Netorase Phone is becoming quite big, but It's not 5GB big yet.

But IIRC Mega also has daily limits for free users, so I feel like it would make sense if the Patreon release had more file hosts. Like, I'd be pretty pissed if I couldn't download a game I paid for 'cause I downloaded something on Mega in the morning.

So wait, they're complaining to the dev about something they are doing to themselves? :unsure::unsure::unsure:

Beside that a lot of the other also have daily limit for download?

Now I'm not saying that having options when it come to downloading wouldn't be a nice thing to have (cause MEGA growing incredibly sucky this last year) but complaining about something that's mostly due to your own downloading habit is a bit... weird.

I dont have clear, if u have the game free here, why are guys claiming there? just look for solution.... i was have the same problem with mega, but i found solution there, i dont know if talk about this break the rules of forum then i am taking care there.

Its actually why I unsubbed his patreon. For some reason, the mega download would fail and force me to restart 2 or 3 times. And then it'd hit the daily limit. It doesn't make sense to pay for something just to get something I paid for.

For comparison, ntr mobile has a direct download, and it always works great. So he gets my money.

there was about 5 months i was working my full time job and coming home to work on my game for 7 hours everyday. probably 15 hours on a day off. i dont do that anymore lol its insane. i at least think about the game a bit everyday even i dont open my script file or daz. solo devs have to wear every hat and its wildly thankless. i have like 3 paid supporters on patreon and i love them all haha.

PS i need more Tara in my life lol

Yeah but LeStag also explained several times on patreon and discord WHY this is, and that he will add alternatives as soon as he can.
Right now, the internet in his current place is abhorrent. It takes him 4 hours to upload a build. So it's unreasonable to upload 3 versions to multiple websites, as it takes him about 12h per website to upload.
He says it should be better in his new place, which he just received the keys to.
