How to keep save files between different instalations? After uninstalling and reinstalling, all saves are gone.
Also, is there any way to load the Windows save on this, considering I don't have data folder access?
I thought by bow there would be an import/export function, but apparently no such luck.

That was a quick chapter, but decent. We got to show off with Laura instead, making another guy more thirsty for her, a nice turnaround. I do hope for some major developments with the characters soon though, the dev can't keep holding off on the creampies for much longer or people here may just riot. Overall, the scenes are indeed getting samey, though the latest chapter is mixing it up a bit, as said... well, in terms of the context and dialogue, if not the images. Threesomes, foursomes, usage of toys, gangbangs, interracial (Easiest way to differentiate the different guys in sex scenes really, make their skin be different colors... we rarely see their faces anyway so that's one thing that makes it hard to tell the difference between them!), exhibitionism, risky public sex, our guy also getting with Ashley and possibly Tara (with them perhaps getting involved in said threesomes/foursomes) are just a few suggestions for things to bring up in the story... and they should probably be brought in soon. From memory There's only a few pictures that are path exclusive.
But multiple playthroughs is needed as selecting different responses will also net you some.
There's also the vignettes that appear randomly, so multiple playthroughs are needed. Just have fun

Most likely you have a compatibility problem.Do you have an up to date version of windows? If you're using anything below windows 10 you'd probably get that error. Maybe a pirated version of windows? If windows is up to date, update your visual C++ redistributables.
Create a folder C:\game (or any name you want)
Download and extract archive to this folder and start the game
If you have the same error try to register DLL file
1. Press Windows + S and type CMD.
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
3. Type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:
regsvr32.exe /u UnityPlayer.dll
regsvr32.exe UnityPlayer.dll
4. Restart your computer

This won't do anything? regsvr32 is intended for registering or unregistering COM libraries, and unityplayer.dll is a native Unity runtime library, not a COM library. It's self contained.
Haven't tried it yet but coming from civitai I have a curiosity in trying out some of these AI VNs. One thing I'm curious about is how dominant is the dominant route? I tried a couple NTS games where they claimed there was a dominant route and you still weren't a dom at all, just a slightly less subservient cuck.
