For me the the uncompressed version crashes on android, probably due to old hardware or dunno.
The compressed version works for me, try that one, lower img quality but oh well.
yes, you need a complete save folder from person who unlocked all pictures already

Tbh... I only miss one picture because one is bugged (Tara's) (see below)

That will be corrected in next build, I just missed a checkbox.
My current game kinda isn't progressing anymore. I am with the girls inside a club but the messages stop and loading a different save isn't helping. The game won't start running anymore even though i can use alls menus and buttons. Hitting the pause and Fast forward button didn't help at all.

Strangely today after i saw your post and restarted the app (again after several restarts) the game started working again ♂
