And no, I cannot just "skip scene". Because scenes build up on previous events. They're not independent little stories with no links to any other events. They're consequences of what happened before. If you skip scenes, you don't get more choices. You get the choice to have a story that makes no sense. And as much as some people keep saying they want that, I do not want to do it. I'm not going to butcher my game to give you an illusion of control.

They're completely random, and can only trigger after Chapter 22, so they'll be hard to get until there are more chapters, and more triggered interludes.

The developer is just one person from what I understand. If you expect him to make so many different branches then you should expect the game to take much longer for each update.

2nd round of these type of comments btw happened for update 7 i think? it went the same as last time a few people go make the game for me the dev responds with how hes going to make the game they flip out go well ur not making it right then say im leaving the thread and the game goes on and nothing changes from them baby rage quitting the thread , the only thing we are missing are the thread leavers dropping a few 1 star reviews on the way out so every one can how super mad they are

Yes, because it's not that simple. Every situation is based on previous events, even if they're not directly referenced. If you tell your girl to not suck someone's cock, how could you explain she's fucking him later?

So I'd have to write dialogues for each potential "did she suck the first time? The second time? The third? Did you tell her you loved it? Did she kiss another guy? What did you tell to Ashley?

Each of these choices would add up to the previous ones. One choice? 2 resulting dialogues. 2 choices? 4. 3 choices? 8. At 10 choices, that's 1024 potential combinations.

Just so you know, the game in its current state has 39 variables accounting for various choices. On certain dialogues, I already have to write up to 9 different variations depending on previous choices. 12 with the new tendency, 15 soon. I'm not going to duplicate all this because you don't want to participate in the game you downloaded. But I can probably add an Uninstaller if you need me to.

So yeah, you can mock me because "it's not hard to code". You can also read what I said, and realize that's not the issue.

I guess this is a discussion not to weigh in, but for what its worth ... and sorry for the wall of text!

Fully understood that Le Stag is in the driving seat here and this will reflect what he wants. On the other hand I do think that some of the comments have merrit and can make for an even more enjoyable game without more effort really.
First, if this is mostly about spam-like iteration of things, then totally with you, that can only be ignored, nothing else.
But personally I dont think thats what other comments like by GetOutOfMyLab are really about.


I'd actually read these comments primarily as "less effort would suffice" or alternatively "consistency".
If there is a choice, which does not really move anything - then why even put it in as choice. Pure flavor text does not matter one way or other of course, but eg if the thing with Oliver happens no matter what - then why two options with the effort of writing two separate lines of converasation items?
Alternatively, if it should be in, then consistency - it will happen. So a dom will tell her to do it. A Sub probably can only tell her "its your choice". Very sub maybe "its your choice mistress", i dont know

For example, the sexting chapter, that was imo really nicely done. All the choices there mattered - "only" for pictures of course, result was always the same, but still. For me that was highly enjoyable and also highly replayable.


And to go beyond that even - of course its totally clear that not all choices (even if maybe reduced to "choices which matter") can be fully reflected in the story. But to be fair, the story progressing does not depend on every detail in every scene before. For example interactions with the other girls - they know something happened, they see Laura coming from the bathroom - they do not need to know, nor do they comment on how long she deepthroated or whether she showed the cum afterward or whatever.
Having an interaction as a whole being "removable" is of course more of an issue, thats true - but then again, why would it matter if things progressed step by step from blowjob to cunnilingus to sex, would work just as well if the first encounter is just "heavy flirting" and then aborted leaving everyone horny and pent up, then no second date, then immediately "third base". Just saying.
(I know that earlier chapters wont change anymore, but would having Laura send that first lingerie pic to, whats his name, Mike drastically change the picture? Or having her send the second lingerie pic optionally neither to Nathan nor the MC but, whats his name, James? Again, just saying.)

But mostly I'm also here thinking about things which dont matter storywise. For example the threeway chat with Laura and Nathan - to be honest, that does not do anything for me. And it would not matter for the story one way or the other if the MC actually listened to it or not, it happened, everyone knows.
And there was a question in the "establish the kink" part in the beginning about "do you want to be there when it happens". Pure flavor at the moment, could easily be an additional variable though.

Again, to repeat, fully understood that all of this can be disregarded, fully understood that Le Stag will do what he wants. Thats how it should be. And some comments are really just out and out trolling.
But there might still be something to be thought through here, maybe to pick up the one or the other detail. Or not.

What I said is true, most of the people are only here for the pics. All they talk about is the next pic or how do I get to this scene. They're not here for your story, some people want to be here for the story.

Again, you consider you know the whole truth. You think you know what "most of the people" are here for, based on a few posts asking for pictures. You're missing the forest for the trees. Have you tried reading the comments on Patreon? Have you tried swinging by the Discord server? You'd see that most of the discussions there are about the story.

Please stop considering that you know for sure what other people want. It's infuriating, and condescending, both to me and to the other players you're putting into the same basket just because you think this thread is representative of everyone that play the game.

But when you have many people all saying the same thing it kind of does become a we thing.

There are currently 1236 persons subscribed to my Patreon because, I assume, they like the game in its current state. The "many people" you're talking about here are a drop of water in the ocean compared to that. Even if half the posts on this topic were a single person saying that, that had never said it before, that would still be 150 persons short of the amount of subscriber that are apparently happy with the state of the game.

So, as much as you like saying "we", your "we" is a small minority.

Yes, some people don't like the way I'm creating the game. Too bad. I can't satisfy everyone and, once again, I'm not going to risk destroying what I currently have to chase people that want something different. I won't jeopardize what the majority seems to enjoy to chase the wishes of a minority.

And I'm done having this discussion. I'm open to feedback, I really am. But I can't take into account feedback that is basically only "I don't like the way the game is, you should change it".

PS: before telling me to play my own game, you should try doing it yourself, because the Dom route is explicitly described as Laura being the player's "personal toy" that he shares. It has never been described as "MC tells Laura what to do".

How would you change that part up for example tho? I personally love that the other guys are more involved, texting you and so on. And if sure, you can go the "I don't want to listen to it" and they have the Sex without you, but then you would probably want a description of what happens later like she normally does? Which makes the scene double the work.

Now, that could be done, it is "just" writing, but one thing I do love is the fast updates, while more meaningful choices would be cool, we all know it would slow down the update speed and I personally take a more streamlined experience where I regularly get new story over that.
I am happy with the small variations in every scene that lead to different pictures, that gives me replayvalue, collecting the pictures, while keeping the development somewhat simple, because we all have seen games with a lot of variables, it baloons and by Update 20 they need to keep track of 500 different possible choices.

That's a feedback I get often. That I'm positioning on a different slot compared to most other games that give larger updates, but much less frequently. A lot of people seem to enjoy that (I also enjoy doing it, which is a nice bonus), even though that has potential drawbacks. Which is why I'm trying to focus on that.

I've had someone tell me I'm a live-service porn game. I'm not sure that's a compliment though... I wonder if I can make a Battle Pass... =D
