I'm downloading v0.21 right now. I always played every new version continuing from where it did, sometimes missing some versions, but I've seen there are some issues with choices between version and skipping some versions and that it's good to restart it to play it all. To not restart and play it all again, from wich chapter should I restart to be sure to play my path following all choices?

Very strange. A few days ago, I downloaded the 020 windows version, played some times but didn't finish the current update. Instead I chose to visit memories. Now, when I come back to the game, I have a patreon lock ?

I wasn't quite caught up, only through ch37.This new update, after ch38 finished, it skipped to 41...
39 and 40 can be played via memories, but "in story", and after 38 or 39 through memories, there's a skip to 41, just fyi.
Add: NVM!!!...
Just got to end of 41 and says, since you haven't finished 39 & 40, going back to 39.

I like this game, because It's one of the few games that features the interesting and deep development of a relationship with one specific girl.
While most other games give you a choice of many girls. And the content associated with each of those girls is boring and linear, and have usually 2-3 predictable scenes. I usually interested only 1-2 girls in those games, i don't like others, so those games can't interest me for a long time.
And Netorase Phone is better for me because I like Laura and related content. I like how the dynamics of the relationship are developing between Laura and MC-and-other-guys.
But Ashley and Tara are annoys me. I don't care about Tara's hang-ups, I don't interested in sex with Ashley because she is just a regular slut. I understand that Ashley makes Laura more slutty and it proceed thr story. But I want to see a minimum of content with Ashley and Tara and a maximum of Laura.
And I'm sad that the development of Ashley and Tara content is at the expense of Laura content.

Just a heads up with Laura #441 (Ch.41 'prerequisites' none), I didn't get it on my main run, got #440.
Had to go back and do some tweaking.
#441 unlocked (got it instead of #440) in memories by selecting MC did not creampie Laura.

Is there any fix for the patreon block? Do I really need to pay to be able to play this? Gotta agree. The partner explicitly going behind the back of the MC/Doing things without their permission always ruins NTS for me, because it's essentially just cheating at that point. Totally ruins the vibe imo. The only way for me to enjoy it is if the MC states outright that they actually want the partner to go behind their back, and both of them agree to being comfortable with the concept of play-cheating.

However, LeStag actually makes most interactions avoidable at some point in time.
You also gotta remember, that this is a linear game. Some events just simply need to happen for the story to actaully move along. It's not an open sandbox.
The amount of choices, variants, and customizability when it comes to relationship dynamics and scenes are absolutely abundant. LeStag is obviously trying to provide as much of a individually tailored experience as humanly possible. Sometimes this happens in retrospect. This shit is complicated, and complaining about not getting a Yes/No choice for every single interaction is bonkers to me.
