Wrong. Every single game using Illusion renders (HS, KK, etc) or real porn is unlicensed and Patreon doesn't close down those pages. I suspect most Daz games use stolen assets, but Patreon has no way of verifying. AI art can't even be copyrighted and is built on unauthorized art in the base models, meaning all the art in this game can be ripped and reposted. Not to mention that the licenses for many AI models preclude commercial use.
People want to rationalize things. For example, I didn't hear any complaints when the last BaDIK update was posted here one hour after release, despite the fact that Pinkcake spent 14 months working on the update. But this game is supposed to be allowed some type of grace period? It doesn't work that way, especially for popular games. And very successful devs who hypocritically complain are just demonstrating their greed.
