Technically creampies were already in the game since ch34. But it was still something reserved for MC (note: possible to refuse to cum inside and give up this privilege to someone else). In v.0.22.1 (the current lastest update), Laura decided to go further and gave Nathan the opportunity to cum inside her in order to reward him (possible to avoid that if surprises are disabled + if you don't allow her).

Not in definition because nathan is still going for other girls. Many people here seem to give Nathan way more importance than he really has in the current MC-Laura relationship (on the other hand, they are the people that insist that MC is getting "cucked" when it's been abundantly made clear, over and over again, that he isn't, so maybe these people are just projecting their kink/desires on the relationship).
