Tried the crack, pretty sure I followed the steps correctly, still locked. Didn't generate a config file to mess with either. Steps I followed;

1.Downloaded Bepinex (64x) and dropped it into game root folder (with .exe)
2. Dropped in the crack to the game root folder
3. ??
4. No profit

In fact, the cracking process is extremely simple, which is to unzip two compressed packages and then run the game program twice.

People want devs to get some patreon money so they continue working on their stuff. Me included. If the game is free after 1 week, I have no issue waiting. Also you have a working crack if you are impatient so maybe git gud and stop whining.
I know this game is doing pretty well with support, comparing to others, but maybe it's because it always had a decent public release wait time and because the dev put that block in place. I know for a fact that games that are leaked day1 are losing 10-20% of the patreon money for that cycle. I have no problem waiting a bit and it's not like I'm defending Electronic Arts or some bullshit AAA company that can afford to lose money on day1 leaks.

Problem is the DRM is applied so badly it doesn't even work for every paying subscriber.

It really is a unforced mistake.

And he did such a half assed job with it that even the supposedly free version is affected by it.

I don't mind Laura slowly warming up to the idea of sharing the MC with other women. This was just the MC's fetish to start with, so it would take her some time to get used to the idea. Women are usually more reluctant to share their partners than men are, at least in my experience.

Le Stag likes to take things slooooow, which honestly I don't mind, makes it feel a little more realistic (for a porn game anyway). It took ages before Laura even fucked another guy, then how often were anal and creampies talked about before they finally happened, same with the Ashley teases. I certainly never expected a threesome in either of those sleepover events, felt too early for that. I figured it would be more of a "MC listening in" scenario which is basically what they were.

A lot of what was asked in Chapter 45 had been mentioned in passing before, but this time felt a little more definitive, like I could see a whole bunch of flags being set in the background. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

...and Pirates also accept that there are some ships they can board and take, and some they can't.
Dev is active here, as are many others, he simply asked to wait a week for fixes and updates from the Patreon version (as some Devs do here as well) so he can release a fixed and better public version. People didn't listen, so he instituted this security. It works for most of us, if you don't like it play another game or more for a week.

Criminals whining about the electric fence, so they can't keep robbing the house, is always hilarious.
