Drat, you're right. And I didn't have time to play chapter 46 yet. There goes my plan to play it before chapter 47 comes out, I suppose...not to be a debbie downer or anything but again the lock was retroactively activated on previous versions

Dude that is one of the best phone text based game i have played i really wish the dev makes more of those and i played all three dirty texts games.
Currently i am stuck here. Nothings going on after i tapped on one if the decisions (one was a smiley and the other the sentence that i encourage her to send the time with her family.
Loading a save didn't help it just won't continue.

It is likely due to the fact that version 0.24 was released for patrons yesterday. Do you have the purple lock icon on the starting screen with the appropriate text? The new version is locked for non-patrons for a week, when Le Stag releases it for everyone. Unfortunately, for some reason since the last update (0.23) it also locks the old versions of the game already installed. If you're desperate, you can delete the game, turn off the internet, reinstall it and launch it with the internet turned off. You'll be able to load your saves and continue playing. But if the game connects to the Internet, it will get locked again.
Alternatively, you can become a patron. Or wait a week until the lock is gone. Or hope that Le Stag fixes this.

That's what I meant. For some reason the release of the new version locks all installed versions when they connect to the Internet. It only started happening a month ago, at the release of version 0.23 for patrons.
This happened to me while I was still playing 0.23 (with the patch still in place as I started playing it before it was public); lock suddenly appeared on the home screen and I couldn't play. Strangely, removing all of the BepInEx contents from the folder and re-downloading it with the patched dll got it going again. Didn't have to disconnect from the internet at all. Still works after updating the game files to 0.24, too.
I guess i see the problem. The thread creator has already uploaded the newest version and thats what i didn't knew

I quite enjoy this game and might just pledge. There is just one quick question I have, does this game keep being netorase/swinging throughout or does it ever devolve into just plain cheating?

Dev has stated several times that it will not devolve into NTR and cheating. And he wants it to always stay consent based netorase and swinging.
