I've been following this game since the 0.10 update, and it definitely has potential. But as time has gone on, the dev has been trying to diversify the game in multiple directions, to the point that I don't even know what the clear approach is going to be. I know changes can benefit both the game and the players (perhaps even targeting a wider audience), but I feel the main focus should remain on Laura, just like in the earlier versions. I don't know about you guys, but I really don't give a shit about those two other chicks.
Aside from that, the writing feels like an AI generated mess and is getting so fucking cringe to the point that I just skip the dialogue altogether. I'm feeling like the dev is just going to focus on the side characters mostly to prolong the game as much as possible (as shown in the last 5 updates or so). I've been a fan of this game, but as time has passed, I don't see it going anywhere promising. I'm sorry to say I'm cancelling my Patreon subscription to this game. Maybe a few years later, I'll come back to check on the progress, but for now, this is goodbye. I wish the dev the best of luck in the future.
