It was explained earlier that you don't need a crack, just disable internet access. Block the game on your firewall, disable wifi, unplug the cable from your pc etc...

download bepinex theres a link before crack file.
download the crack .23 version not .22, you can find it on the this post link that follows the big bold sentence of edit right above .22 crack file.
place bepinex in netorase folder
open netorase, put the .23 crack plugin folder into bepinex.
start netorase phone application and youre set
