Well, this is the classic conundrum with playing a slow burn game while it's in development. The development time for a game is already going to be longer than the length of the game if the game progresses along some kind of normal timeline, so a slow burn is going to feel that much slower.

The pacing of the game feels right when I play it, and the developer needs the time to actually make the game and pay attention to developing different pathways. A lot of this is like watching a movie getting made and realizing that it takes way more than 2.5 hours to make the movie. It's going to feel like it's dragging out if you're not separating the production timeline from the story timeline . . . to me the story timeline feels about right, so within the world of the game things are moving pretty much as they should.

Someone discovering this game after it's finished isn't going to feel blue balled or feel like the game is progressing at an unnatural pace. Those feelings arise pretty much because we're trying to live in a building that's under construction.

Also a great point. It's easy to forget that Stag has to write the story in a way where the pacing feels right to both someone who constantly plays each update and someone who waits until 1.0 to go through it. Not exactly an easy task.

Some kind of harem ending where they're all dating and MC end up in a giant open relationship with all of them would definitively be a dream ending for me I just don't think this is what Lestag has in mind. And trust me when I say this I am the first surprised I was definitively not expecting wanting to date multiple girl when I got into this game hoping for a good NTS story.

I think this is the biggest compliment I can give to him: what I did expect going in would not caring too much about any side character beyong the girlfriend but not only Laura has been what I'd describe as the absolutely perfect NTS girlfriend and really wholesome her friends have been an amazing surprise as well to the point I could see myself enjoy a whole game with them maybe just as much.

Ashley is done very well and instead of just being another stereotypical vn slut I think he gave her surprising depths with her being your patner in crime in "corrupting" Laura but still coming off as good and lighthearted fun and how most importantly she is really respectful of boundries regarding the kinks explored. It's also a surprise seeing an even bigger degen' than me concerning NTS but a welcomed one when she is really on board with everything that's happening and help you ease Laura into all of it.
Tara reluctance to admit her desires is also very charming and her personality bounce really well off the others. Making her lewd acts feels all the more rewarding because of it.
Now like I said I don't expect to have this ending but in the meantime could we do more lewd stuff with them I'd be more than happy to finally let Ashley experience her fantasy or have an occasion to fuel Tara's voyeuristic fetish.

I also went into this game not really expecting any interesting side characters/girls but I'm very glad Ashley and Tara were included. They add so much more life to the world Stag has created here and make the characters feel even more real. I know some people don't like that they take the focus away from Laura and NTS stuff at times, but without them, I think the story would be worse off and make the world feel less alive. Ashley and Tara both provide different perspectives and commentaries surrounding the sharing kink; and Ashley's teasing and Tara's gradual descent to depravity in particular are icing on the cake. Plus, the banter that the main four have built together is just fun.

Also, I am a simple man. The more hot girls I can flirt with/fuck in my porn game, the better.

"Harem ending" is definitely not happening but I do imagine that this game will end with all of The Madhouse's members being extremely comfortable with one another sexually, while still maintaining the Laura x MC romance, which is pretty much all I could ask for from a game like this.

Talking of "blueballing" when talking about this game feels really odd to me. I mean, MC (and, by extension, the player) gets happy endings in basically all updates, sometimes several of them (I mean, 2 BJ's and 1 creampie for MC in the last chapter alone seems about as far away from blueballing as you can get--give the man a rest, this isn't Grandma's House and Mr Cock-That-Never-Goes-Down).

That's the thing with Tara for me it doesn't seem like she'd lend too well to NTS plays especially on her own if anything she seems she'd be more into cuckqueaning but that's why I think she blend so well with Laura and Ashley as they really help bring into light her more kinky side that she's clearly trying to repress but with how the story progress hopefully I think we could see stuff like group sex content with her. I think we'd have to be patient for something like that with the perfet slow burn Stag is making and I wouldn't want to ruin that.

It would be nice to build up some corruption around things, but that might have been many chapters ago, though new kinks could be drawn out a bit - like how long it took before Tara to bare at least her breasts in a photo to the MC.

Though if Stag didn't have some major event or scene each update there would be an outcry, not everyone is willing to be patient for things to cook before being done.

The fact that there was option for custom input makes me think it's just flavor, but I wouldn't be surprised if some specific nicknames carry special interactions - notably if you choose to say Nathan is bull, there could be references to past conversations involving this word.

Personally I went with pretty common one - fuckbuddy - since I don't want Nathan to be overly special.

Also.. will Ashley now have Marcus as permanent boyfriend? I'm not a huge fan of her copying MC and girlfriend's relationship dynamic, even if she can do whatever she wants I liked her more when she wasn't with anybody. Maybe that's just how it is on my route I dunno. But I do like that it seems she sends more images of her after being with someone rather than just solo, me likey!

And last but not least... social media profiles/posts are very hot and I feel improving update by update. Cool!

Well, there already are short special interactions for some options. Granted, they are flavor text. If you choose "lover", then Laura remarks that romantic undertones don't seem to bother MC. If you choose "second boyfriend", she is surprised and sends a "raised eyebrow" emoji. To which MC can answer "I think it's funny" or "I don't feel threatened by you having a "second boyfriend"". Plus in case of "second boyfriend" LeStag already has to change lines that say "My boyfriend and my <Nathan's nickname" to "My two boyfriends". So I wouldn't put it past him, depending on how much work it is.

Also.. will Ashley now have Marcus as permanent boyfriend?

No, she will have Marcel as permanent boyfriend Whoever than "Marcus" is, he is not the one.
I think she will. It gives MC an opportunity to be in "bull's" shoes, that some random guys don't really provide.

The Nathan's nickname is just for flavour, but I may have a few specific dialogues for specific choices (like "second boyfriend"), like I did in Chapter 50. But mostly, just flavour, a way for the players to adjust things the way they like. I know some people want a very neutral term for the bulls, while others like when there's just a bit of feeling involved, for example. I can't satisfy everyone with every possibility, but these kind of customization help with that.

And yes, Marcel is Ashley's permanent boyfriend. As HoM11 suggests, it allows me to explore NTS from another PoV.

I hope we can see more of Nathan his whole demeanor with the situation and friendly behavior made him enjoyable and it felt safe and not worrisome to try out new things with him and Laura. As well as being a regular he would be the perfect person whenever I'd like to try first new experiences with Laura.
