Is there a way to see how many pics you have (like 40/40 or 35/40) and the number of the pictures you're missing so that you can look them in the guide? The more you find the harder is to spot the missing ones.

You can hover over chapters in Memories to know how many pictures you have from this chapter. And in the Pictures app, you can display missing pictures and enable pictures data to know the number and source of missing pictures.

I don't understand how to figure out the source, I mean, is there a way to know which scene and choice will unlock a picture?

An echo chamber is a space where a person is only presented with opinions or information that reinforces their preexisting beliefs, without exposure to different points of view. Yet we get people criticizing the game at the minimum after every single update.
Haters gonna hate, I mean, your statement is living proof that people hate even porn, there's not much to do about it besides thanking Stag for doing such a great game.
I love that within less than ten posts of each other, we have someone going, "It sucks that the protag can't fuck more women!" and someone else going "This game is too focused on the protag fucking other women."
And despite those two opinions being complete opposites, a third person is upset that there aren't enough different opinions about the game.
It's all kind of hilarious.

I really liked how this latest release turned out. It seemed a bit touch and go, with the whole vacation trip being scrapped and postponed and exchanged for Laura's trip home. But I think I realise that my kink is to discuss kinks! Sure, things aren't happening, but these are games and nothing ever happens anyway. Plenty of VN-games have sex-scenes that I basically just spam SPACE to get through. They appear to me just as a slide-show of polygons slapping against each other. They have no meat to them, a story or context or situation that elevates the medium above a normal porno.
For me, this is what Netorase Phone. I really like the story, the characters, the controlled pacing. I've played through this game, at least twice, once on PC and once on phone, and sometimes an earlier chapter that I remember being a bit boring, feels more fun during the next playthrough. I think it's because this game has characters you remember and you get attached to.
Anyway, I'll quit rambling now, and come back later if I have more thoughts about this latest release.

Honestly, I get it. The hottest part of this, to me at least, isn't Laura actually doing things, so much as me giving her permission to do things.
I hope she keeps asking me every time she hooks up with a new guy, or does a new thing with them, and we get lots more opportunities to give her lovers special privileges.

What's the point? Allow us to actually say no sometimes, or add a route that turns more NTR than NTS.

The point, as stated by the dev, is to break the flow of dialogue. The game was not intended to have multiple real branches that depend on choices — too much work.
As to the NTR route request — not happening.

Is the presence of absence of lack of NTR avoidable?
I really tried to get into this one, but sadly it gets boring very fast. But being boring isn't even the worst part.
The game is as exciting as having sex only after filling out a consent form and having a lengthy discussion about it before and after. At some point the game even makes a big deal about how their chat room is a "save space", calling it that over and over.
There is no drama, no difference of opinion, no disagreement about anything. Every person seems to be part of some consenting hive mind. It's creepy.
