NTR is specifically your partner leaving you for another person. While it would be absolutely wild for that to occur in a healthy relationship with proper respect and communication, it's theoretically possible.
NTS is a synonym for hotwifing, which is basically just swinging where only one partner actually swings. NTR with consent would be a separate thing.

What's up with the binary thinking all of a sudden? This or that and nothing in between. Why not try yourself out with this game once it's finished? Even if it's just an exercise to find out if that's what you really want and like? A path with the focus on cheating goes hand in hand with a love story as a basis. They can complement each other.
